One of the worst store in town the staff does not want to serve if you ask a person the answer from all of them is I don?t cover that area . Better of closing the store customers waiting for ages to just buy a shoe . Will never go there

In store manager is the rudeist man to be in charge of a big store my online order was messed up they sent 2 pairs of football boots not one and carged me for 2 so wen i got another tx i went to beckton store to explaine to them but the manager was so rude to my husband said they dont take online returns my husband took the boot out of embarrasment cause it was day befor christmas eve but iv now read there policeys and you can return em to the store you collected em from so we will be back with the boots

Be careful with this store!!! Scammers!!! They wanted to buy sneakers, the money was withdrawn, and they said that the payment did not pass!!! The money was never returned, and the sneakers too!!!

Very disappointed with experience. Went to get shoes for my children but the staff at the shoe section was very rude and opinionated kept making comments about our selection of shoe and children and did not want to help. Will not be coming back to be served by rude and ignorant staff.
