Food was nice but service terrible - was not acknowledged on entry to empty restaurant, child was watched from start to end of meal - wasn?t even told could use salad bar then the manager stood over and made remarks at him because he dropped 2 sweetcorn kernals. The manager who seemed to be having a chat with a close relative then came over very argumentative and wanted to clear the table before we had even started. Would not recommend anyone to come to this restaurant, definitely not customer focused management, I refused to order food after seeing discrimination against my 10 year old child. Disgusted with management.

Had the worst food and service. Pizza dough was not fresh and barely had any cheese on pizza. Salad was not fresh. Even cheesy bites had no cheese inside. Food was stale. Very disappointed.
Showed the food to Manager and he gave long invalid explanation and wasted our time.

The Salad that was complimentary was old and tasted rotten and off.They served us the wrong pizza as we asked for a veggie sizzler and the pizza had lots off chilli flakes we didn't ask for.The pizza was very low quality for such a high price it was £40.00 and had minimal amounts of cheese along with an old dough base which was very stiff.We had informed the manager and the staff but refused to give a refund or another pizza because it was already eaten like we were supposed to know it is bad without trying it.We were given a very small bowl for ice scream which I didn't know was for ice scream because it was so small.Then I used a salad bowl because the waiter took all the bowls and plates of the counter near the ice cream machine.I was then informed twice to use the bowl on my table when I already poured my ice cream into that salad bowl? Please explain why you would remove the option for a bigger bowl.We ordered 2 desserts and ice cream factory bowl and a brownie.I have eaten this brownie before in this same restaurant where it tasted very good and fresh now it tasted old and didn't have a good flavour like the old times.

For the most part really fast service apart from the dessert which had an excessive wait time. Good quality, fresh food. The salad was replenished often. Our server for the most part was efficient.
Parking: Large retail park with ample parking

Had a pleasant dining experience at Pizza Hut. The service was great, and the ambience was welcoming. A special mention to Addy, who greeted us warmly, guided us through the menu, and explained everything clearly.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza, which seemed saltier than last time, but overall, it was still enjoyable. The dine-in area was clean and comfortable, and parking was convenient.
Would recommend for a relaxed meal with good service.

I typically don?t leave reviews, but given how poor our recent experience was, I felt I needed to.
Incredibly poor service, everyone of the employees simply looked miserable, terrible food (not that we could?ve mentioned anything, once the food was brought across, no one came to check how it was).
The complex there offers a number of options for dining, I?m sure any of them are better options for yourself or your family.

Visited pizza hut restaurant on new year day to celebrate my son?s birthday. Called the restaurant in the morning to book the table for 12 people but as it was 1st January, most of the tables were booked already. I was asked to walk in directly and might have to wait based on the availability.
Reached around 12:30. More than half of the restaurant was empty. So no need to wait and ready to be served.
We tried buffet lunch with unlimited salad. Decent options in salad and the pizzas were hot and fresh.
Staff members were friendly and keen to assist. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to everyone.
Pizza hut restaurant is located inside beckton triangle retail park and allows 3 hours of free car parking.
Parking: 3 hours of free customer car parking available.

Very impressed with the service from all the staff including Nidhi very sweet and always available to help. Coming to food, typical pizza hut but should have options of halal in the buffet to accommodate everyone.
