I came across a staff member named
Mariam i believe, a few days ago while trying to locate a few items I couldn't find in-store.
Although they weren't available at the time, she went out of her way to help me get them delivered instead. Her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to assist made the whole experience so much easier. It's rare to meet someone so proactive and thoughtful!! she turned a frustrating situation into a really positive one. Thank you for the excellent service!

Staff need training customer service was so pathetic, no one approaches you and they keep staring at you making you feel unwelcome, SECOND time here and same experience had to wait nearly 30 minutes myself with 2 kids and the lady on floor left us all by herself until I checked with her other colleague that she went to the office and returned ?you still have not got your shoes?
How would I ? No one else knew what size or shoe I asked for my daughter.
Really disappointed how they dealt a family with toddlers, and then the till lady was so rude, no greeting or small talk, not even a thank you and the way she chucked the receipt in the shoe box very rude.

The branch in Beckton and East ham is impossible to walk in, the music is so loud every time ive gone there, today at Beckton branch I could not even think and had to leave with out geating what I was look for. This place is a joke its worse then a night club, looks like the they want to make there customers deaf before leaving the store.
Also the price are more then the original suppliers and customer service is very poor, laughing at you as if there is somthing wrong with you, not taking in to consideration of other peoples health of feeling.

ok today went to pickup a hat . the lady in a hijab and she was wearing glasses (i think ) told me to wait to the side i did. she starts folding clothes then customers came , she sorts them out . then another jd worker starts having a long conversation with her then AFTER the conversation was done was when the male jd worker decides to finally give me my hat. they work like they?re mentally disadvantaged. BOOOO

Customer service is terrible, lacking respect and care for the customer. I spend my money, and it feels like my concerns are disregarded. Obedience to you comes at a high cost. It?s important to show customers appreciation and respect.

I had an unfortunate experience while shopping for shoes recently. The seller was incredibly enthusiastic about a product called Crep Protect, highlighting how convenient it would be. Trusting their advice, I decided to purchase it. However, once I got home and tried them on, I found them to be quite uncomfortable. When I attempted to return them, I was informed that they couldn't accept returns due to their policy, even though it?s not a typical sock but an insole for shoes. I?m really disappointed with this experience. I believe that while sellers have a duty to promote products, they should also be transparent about return policies, especially for items that might not be suitable for everyone.

So bad customer service staff don't know how to talk to customer.
I have buy Nike shoes form online and size did not fit me I when to Jd to change on counter staff was no happy to sarf me after he told me you we can't change only give you refund I tack refund after I go and buy same Nike shoes again with my size.
Why when we buy same thing form online Jd store staff not happy.
I have this experience so many time.
