Complaint about your manager Lisaat the Beckton store in London on Thursday 16th feb 20231) I was told I will be thrown out, and heard racist remarks about me and my wife chattering away when we could hear everything just over a duvet return which was incorrectly given by your staff on 14th feb 20232) she said refund will not be given, because she doesn?t like me.3) she screamed at me and my wife saying that she won?t give the refund because it?s up to her and she ?doesn?t feel like? giving the refund and doesn?t care.4) the other young lady also joined in with the appalling customer service she didn?t want to give her name to us.5) when I complained about the item she was blaming us that we had opened the item calling us with inappropriate names.6) only when I took the camera out and started to record the incident for my protection that?s when Lisa have the refund because she was scared to be exposed.7) the younger member of the staff threatened to call the police just because they didn?t want to give the refundI have never suffered such barbaric, appalling, disgusting customer service in my life and cannot believe you have members of staff employed at your Beckton store who behave like this. Even other members of public were shocked at the staff along side the security guard who was fully on our side as we were not in the wrong.What your staff could have done to resolve this?They could have apologised for the mistake made by them on 14th, instead started to play the blame game. There was no apology, the member of staff should have stayed calm and listened to our complaint. We would like you to view and listen to the entire CCTV footage on the atrocious customer service we were provided on 16th feb from 8:30-9:00pm complete waste of 30 minutes just to get a simple refund of a replacement.-why didn?t we come back straight away?because when I came back it was closed passed 9pm-why were we given -£13 discount?Because your staff gave it to us that?s your internal matter.-why did you open this?it was already openHow would we like you to resolve this for us?We expect an apology from these members of staff at your Beckton store.I want the 15 tog duvet worth £38 kind size as complimentary and compensation for the time waste of my family and kids and the distress and trauma caused to my wife and myself, it was so hard to come to the store as I?m working and we have a 1 year old child which no one can look after.We were given the wrong product which we paid for and it?What?s the full story?On 14th of February just around 9pm when the store was about to close I purchased aFogarty Soft Touch 15 Tog Duvet RRP £32 store selling price £19The kind staff Ryan made the duvet reduced to £19 for us because of the offer they had in store in Beckton for the 15 tog duvet.Ryan left the king size duvet at the till point for my wife whilst we finished selecting our other items.What went wrong?When I went to the till point to pay for the item I paid £19 by card for the duvet, when I went to the car park my Mrs told me that the store had given us the wrong item to us by mistake and when I went back to the store after 2 minutes it was now closed because it was passed closing time. We were very unhappy as the one that your staff gave us we didn?t buy that it was the other item. We paid for a 15 tog duvet and the staff scanned the wrong item in error because it was close to closing time.I also have a video which I made and I have decided not to upload anything on social media tik tok just as we thought we would contact you first.We hope you can send us a voucher Of value £38And a further £20 for our Petrol costs.And anything else you provide to us as compensation will be widely appreciated. As my wife is absolutely broken because of the racist behaviour from Lisa and your other unnamed staff who refused to give us there name.

Came into your cafe for a meal with a number of friends yesterday. It was a great experience. Your staff were so kind and helpful and nothing was too much for them. It was one of the most pleasant cafe's I have ever been in. Menu selection was good and the food was excellant and very reasonably priced. I will certainly be back again and will tell others as well.I didn't have time to look around the store but was impressed with its size and variety of products as I came in and then left. I will be back to look at your store when we get the better weather. Again a great experience. My thanks to your excellant staff.

Very good and wide variety of goods , everything you could imagine you will find it there .But I ordered some goods ( not furniture) and I can see it's very very slow in delivering and not well organised packaging, I received 2 parcels and I ordered 9 things. I don't know if I would receive one by one each week or what! !

If I could give 0 I would. I don?t usually do this but I have been beyond patient. Order some Made to measured blinds in jan 2020 and still waiting! Called customer service if you can call them that most unhelpful bunch of people I have ever spoken to. Any excuse to get me off the phone. Waiting for either my blinds or a refund any would do! Everytime I have been in store I am promised a solution, call back or email and yet again nothing being done. Have chosen my blinds x3 due to manufacturing issues, which I was happy to do over and over again. I am at the end of my tether now and think 3 years is enough time to get something sorted. I have allowed this to go on for far to long and given Dunelm the benefit of the doubt not to rip people off being such a ?reputable company? but that is exactly what they have done - taken my money on the spot there and then no messing about there but when it comes to delivering a service/product no chance.

I made an order online to collect in store. One of the item was out of stock, fine, no big deal.I went into the store to collect and guess what, the missing item was on the shelf, plenty of them!Lazy? Blind? Incompetent? Who knows...

The best part about the store is excellent customer service.All stass are very helpful. The collection is huge , good value for money. Free parking also include coffee and lunch .We bought all our new house furniture's and curtains.Love to visit the store.

Some very nice stuff in the shop and at a good price. - the only down side is that if you do a click and collect it might not be the right colour you ordered as this has happened to me, but I have to say the manager was very polite and said sorry for the mix-up which you don't get very much these days and also gave me a gift card for the store to say sorry, so all in all I was very impressed with the way they sorted out there mistake, so I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Dunelm is like a department store and stocks a wide variety of home goods. The result is a slightly costly service and a slightly dated feel. It has a free car park and it gets very busy during peak times. There are disabled parking aces and access. A lift is available to take shoppers to the first floor, which is appreciated. A decent store.
