We had a fantastic experience at Dreams today thanks to Imran. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, he even offered us water and pillows to check our best posture for a mattress. He guided us through the process with patience, letting us even try the sleep machine to find the best mattress for our needs.
Thanks to his help, we bought our very first bed frame and mattress from Dreams, and we couldn?t be more satisfied with the service.

The staff David was very welcoming when we arrived to the shop- Dream. He showed us different items. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he did not try to push me on products I can't pay. This is very important for an old age person. Wish all seller behave as David.

We have been buying beds from Aslam for 22 years. He has always looked for the best quality and deals for us. Highly satisfied with his service and have just bought our second bed and mattress this year from him. Greeted us with a big smile, offered us drinks, conducted sleepmatch testing, offered us a pillow to fully test the mattresses and was very patient with us. David Frimpong (one of the most pleasant and attentive customer service officers we've ever encountered) was amazing! He took time listen to our needs & requirements and patiently allowed us to try a large variety of mattresses in-store. He was very professional and carefully explained the differences between each type of mattress.
