I was completely confused on which TV was better in terms of specs, price and quality. All thanks to one of the staff members named Abdul he was patient and spent lots of time thoroughly explaining the differences between a range of TV's. It was very clear he knew what he was doing and guiding us without us feeling unintelligent. Were super excited to expect our delivery of our new Samsung OLED 77" TV. Couldnt have done it without Abdul. 10/10 customer service from him :)

Had a delivery for a fridge they delivered wrong colour fridge, the delivery was made third floor of My home, the delivery men did not wear protective foot coverings and refused when asked, they damaged the carpet which I cleaned, then also scraped tlnew paint in landing and obviously wrong mcolour fridge. Went to get some credit back for fridge as I could not afford for any more damage bringing and taking a another fridge. All they gave me is 25 gift card. The man on customer service tried calling head office for an hour and they just said they will email me in a few days. Not expecting anything. I would stick to ao and amazon much better customer services from my experience.

Visited this store today (31/12) to buy a Samsung phone on contract, as carephone warehouse has a deal ending today. Part of the deal is to trade in your old phone for cashback. Unfortunately, the terminal that handles trade ins was not working, so the shop floor assistant advised that he can't complete the trade in but I still could get the contract - obviously the whole point was to get the cashback so I didn't get the phone. He then proceeded to say that they have no influence over that terminal and it hasn't been working for 4 weeks! I was disappointed with the customer service level and disinterest from staff, and even more so with the lack of working terminal for such a length of time.

I usually go to Beckton Curry & Shop there , did buy my computer PC & also the fridge so total cost of 3k just in the last year , also previously had numerous items purchased from the store , today I went there and asked for some support to change the password & the pin as I was struggling, they all pretending to be busy neglecting me as customer & they say you have to pay £50 if you need help , asked for the Manager & spoke to a guy and he said I am the GM and you have to pay £50.00 for help , this appalling & disaster experience, I left the store feeling being ripped of by the store & regretting why did I go to buy items on the store , I would never recommend the Becton Currys BectonIt?s totally unacceptable the service & answers I got from there

I don?t even know what to say, there are more staff than customer but still you can?t get hold of anyone. I spent 15 for waiting for someone after a guy told me that he is looking for someone to help me ended up the one to help me (by his manager?s order). Then I spent 40 minutes more for them to look for them in the system but ended up not finding me, although I am a regular customer paying monthly bill.Horrible experience.Edit:After a week of patience after trying to find ways to contact someone from online, I finally decided to go to the store again, matter of fact the staff (not the manager) was able to assist me in two minute.Same issue that the manager on last monday was not able to help.Horrible horrible customer service and incompetent people.

What a rubbish customer service! If you're a female you would barely going to be acknowledged there, because every member of staff seems to be very busy chit chatting with the local dealers. Zero respect to the customer and they just send you from one side to another at the store.

Had an order to collect no staff staff on tills or at the collection desk all just standing around chatting. Grumpy old man at the desk serving people at snail speed.

Worse customer services ever. So many staff working around doing nothing but no one to serve customers waiting more than 40 minutes when asking staff say not my department someone will come. To pay and but we have to take Thier rubbish attitude. Cash customer left the store without buying

Great range of products. Still advise that online shopping is cheaper but if you need something quick, this is a very good option
