Teddy was amazing, very friendly and is the nicest person iv met in a long time, so genuine and nothing was too much trouble. Teddy is a great member of staff and carpetright are super lucky to have him working for them, also a guy called Kingsley was fantastic so overall a great experience, thank you guys.

Very disappointed, I have been using this branch for many years for all of my properties.Last 3 times they have messed up and its been almost 3 months they have not repaired the job they did not do it properly. I have been promised on several occasions they will send someone to fix it then someone else emails me and. Ayesha & Teddy have seen the pictures and confirmed me in person it's not been done properly and i was rest assured from the store they will rectify the problem and get it repaired as soon as possible. Today I have got an other from Sham saying they need to do an other visit to see what is the problem. They already know what is the problem and 2 of your fitters have taken the pictures and videos.

Ayesha at Carpetright in Beckton is an absolute superstar, she made our experience really easy and stress free, organising fitters and making sure we had whatever we needed. Lovely lady. Highly recommend.

We went to carpet right in Chadwell heath today to get a stair carpet and the guy refused to cut the carpet to size they usually do it so unhelpful.
