Handy for certain bits, especially food, but the isles are an absolute mess and customer service is awful! How are you meant to shop when there are millions of items shoved in to one place! Staff seem unbothered and miserable which makes this an awful place to shop. Don?t waste your time because you?ll be disappointed with every part of the experience.

I love B&M and always get carried away and end up spending so much more then intended as I'm sure many people do in the store. But it's always difficult to get a trolley and they have no baskets on wheels. Staff could be abit friendly too.

It's a good store, they have some items that are good for value, however, wish they had more tils open as it was during a busy time. I visited again and hope to visit soon more often.
