Very well organised and usually clean and tidy. Helpful staff. Lots of parking. Sometimes it's helpful to grab the smaller trolleys from car park as they often run out at front of store.

I arrived at around 21:59, and they close at 22:00. Although I knew that I was late, and all staff were not allowing me to collect my printer, Amy stepped in, spending her precious time to help me collect my printer. There is no doubt that her customer service would go to waste as I ofcourse will be coming back, ofcourse earlier next time. However, I would definitely recommend. Thanks Amy!

After much unneeded Hassle and 4 trips to the store to take/return a laptop that argos were refusing to accept, Sam the brilliant customer service person from argos beckton got it past the line. This would have been a ZERO star review for argos, but because of Sam I have given it 5 stars. Thank you Sam!

Sam and Jessica are amazing employees, extremely friendly and attentive. Beckton argos is not my local Argos however upon the experience Sam and Jessica gave us I wish to return to beckton argos every time.

Awful service and not professional shop floor assistants ,not first time when I had problem with Argos ,today again ,I ordered bed frame the bed came without wooden slats ,I went to the store I showed a photo of parcel .They told me that in two hours delivery guy would come pick it up and bring a new one,after 4 hours I had a call that shop don't have this bad frame at stock ,They didn't offer me any options or a refund, now I'm going to their store to solve the problem.

Today I picked up my order from Argos and was pleasantly surprised by the service at this branch. The staff member, Sam, showed true professionalism and care. She quickly brought out the item, helped me deliver it all the way to the door (loading and unloading it from a special trolley), even though the total weight was over 50 kg. She also offered several solutions right away after learning about our issue. She was very positive and pleasant to talk to, and my shopping experience at this particular branch was incredibly smooth. Thank you, Sam! Wish you success and professional growth!
