I had the veggie breakfast. Eggs looked nothing like the photo, definitely not fried egg, was thick and hard, couldn't eat it as I only ever eat the gooey yolk and there wasn't any. Veggie sausage was rock hard, could barely cut it or bit into it, was also cold. Hash brown was burnt and also cold. Toast was cold. I had to wait and it looked as though it was being cooked fresh but I suppose they were just putting cooked food back on the griddle

Thieving scum. They did not give me my 2 bottles of water. My burger was stale and had mould in it. When I called the restaurant some english speaking guy refused to send me my 2 bottles of water to me or compensate me. Sent the wrong thing. What a waist of time and money. I will never go here or order from here.

I wasn't very comfortable...and I was embarrassed by a man with a big beard. I hope he deals professionally with customers and leaves them at ease ???

Very disappointed with my meal at the Beckenham Wimpy. Hopefully not going to be reflective of all other Wimpys now. Chips now served in a bowl and half the portion size I am used to from Wimpy. Burger sauce now served in a single little dip pot, no bottle provided. Quarter pounder bun was falling apart. My food could have been hotter. It has really put me off this branch, will go elsewhere in future. Service was fine and atmosphere was as you would expect from a Wimpy, nothing exciting but better than the chaos of a McDonald's restaurant.

Excellent lunch at Wimpy Beckenham. Our waitress was absolutely lovely and the food was served quickly and tasted delicious.

So would.just like.to.share my view....20 years ago I was in here with my daughter and it was snowing outside I'd just lost my job it was near Xmas and all my step daughter wanted was a hot meal...and some.how the manager or managers son saw me counting coins etc at the table and some how grasped the situation....anyhow long story short ....he came over quietly and asked what the matter was and I explained.....he politely scrapped the coins off the table and said burger chips and beans do ?? With a ice cream and a drink...
How one act of kindness meant so much to much it's never been forgotten and I treat everyone with kindness when I can like this man..
I believe he now runs the restaurant.

Wow what a blast from the past and what a great retro meal we had here.
Popped in on a recent Sunday by chance, had the old-school beanburger and chips, and shared a Brown Derby to follow.
The food was great, one of the nicest veggie burgers I've had in a while, and the hot sauce on the side was actually properly spicy! Big portion of chips also.
The Brown Derby was as good as I remember it from being a kid, and our service was lovely too.

Would never, we ever go in a McDonalds, but would recommend old school Wimpey. The Beckenham one is a good one. Good quality beef and friendly service.

Wimpy in beckenham, seriously little bow
chips when you tip them out on the plate, it's like half a portion
absolutely sick in . I would hate to see a child's size portion One little tiny squirt of burger sauce in my quarter pounder couldn't even taste it had to Beg for some more we had to tell him to bring the squeezy bottle. Yeah, a deal. Outside on the board that we didn't see 2 quarter pounder meals 17.95..we where charged over £20 No wonder they had no customers. Will not return here shame gives wimpy a bad name as there is only about 60 restaurants left in the UK I put this down to pure greed

Not many Wimpies about and this one is top notch; staff absolutely lovely & attentive, good food and lovely service!
Vegetarian options: Make your dietary requirements known and staff can advise menu options and accommodate. Vegan and veggie options are available, clearly indicated on menu.

The staff here are so incredibly enthusiastic about Wimpy - they are a real asset to the community and so welcoming, helpful and polite.

Great service, food ok but a bit too much money. Cheese Burger, chips and a Pepsi is an eye watering 12 quid
