Door locked before 5:30pm. They closed the doors a few minutes early. Leaving customers outside the store that needed help. When staff came to the door they told all of us to go away. That's really poor service especially when it's 5:28pm and still within opening hours.

Needed assistance because I lost a gift card I bought for a birthday present. Stagg in the shop shrugged their shoulders and told me to call customer service. Customer service is a recorded message that tells you to check the website. Website tells you to email. Two weeks, multiple emails, not a single reply, they don't care and I'm not convinced this customer service team actually exists.

We need to restock our office supplies and the two girls Mia and Elise who served us could not have been any more helpful. Super cheerful early on a Saturday morning . I always try and support the local high st and will continue to do so. It?s a tough job working in retail and these girls are superstars , a smile makes so much difference while shopping from staff .Thank you

I bought item online via website. Received delivery yesterday. Discovered the colour was not what I had expected and decided to return & request refund. One of your returns options is hand delivery to a shop/store instead using Post Office and have instant refund.I went into Beckenham WHSmiths, queued over 10mins and told they don't do returns and refunds, despite your website state it does.My complaint doesn't stop there, the shop assistant opened the parcel to check the item, then refused to accept it. There was no offer to reseal parcel. I had to ask the supervisor for sellotape to reseal package.I definitely will use WHSmiths or recommend them to friends and family.WHSmith Diabolical customer service

This is for the royal mail, hire more staff to service this office, you are squeezing the life of the people that work for you. There used to be 3 people now 1 doing the job of 3. The staff are doing the best the can and are always very efficient but it has become very clear that more staff need to be hired. Look after your staff and customer. GET MORE PEOPLE TO HELP

First time of doing a click and collect with parcelforce from this store. My goodness, the queue outside the branch was very long due to the covid restrictions. But also they just had one person manning the post office section!! Waited over an hour in cold weather (3°c!). Luckily another staff member came to assist and she was friendly. The store seemed well stocked and quite tidy. You can buy items and not have to queue, which is good.

Just been here to return a parcel. At 11.55an stopped at the door - told they are closed until 1pm while ?he has his break?. Sign on door says open 9am to 2.45pm! Who needs a break during that time? And why isn?t that information made available before people check the hours and drive to the shop. Some outlets are using this situation to be exceptionally lazy.
