It's Waitrose. What's not to love about Waitrose? Good staff, lovely produce. The only downside is that it's slightly tricky to access by foot.

Had to collect an item that i ordered from. John lewis could have clearer collection point signage , which has been moved from the main entrance to near the back of the shop

Discriminatory behaviour from this store. Act like they profile all the time, some staff act as though you are a thief, move towards you as you leave, when go to pay at self serve ensure that you cant and staff have to scan all your shopping?
It happens all the time, if you even walk in the drinks aisle they act as though you are about to steal!! Bad vibe and culture that doesnt happen in over Waitrose stores. This particular store is guilty of it all the time. Elitist behaviour.
I am city worker on very high salary but as I am a women of colour I have to be treated like a thief. Been like this ever since I have been coming here for past 5 years. Very very bad culture and getting worse. Dont treat people as though they are guilty when they havent done anything accept just want to do a monthly shop!! .

If you're going to close checkouts and put in self-scan make sure you have staff manning the self-scan checkouts, not wandering around the store.

Usual Waitrose experience but perhaps not quite as good as it used to be

Not the tidiest store, seems to be constantly having cartons/trollies in the way, as shelves are being filled, and just seems like it could do with a good spring clean/redecoration. As with most Waitrose stores, 40% of the staff are wonderful, the rest could do with a bit of a refresher course on customer service, (as with their call centre, which has a worse ratio). Good choice of products, (though doesn't seem as many as before), but all are that little bit dearer than elsewhere. Great for wine though, and their Finest selection is usually pretty good, and certainly much better than it's competitors. Speaking of booze, they left the bloody alarm on a bottle of whisky I recently bought, and to say the call centre wasn't filled with empathy, or too concerned, would be an understatement! Didn't even hear the word "sorry" once. Still rate it as a supermarket, but wouldn't use it as my everyday choice. (Lidl & Aldi's fresh produce is much better/vastly cheaper, and mainly British).

Nice and clean environment. Good quality food items (even top of the range food items). Nice selection of household items section. Reasonably priced, which is definitely, value for money. Good customer service. Staff are polite and helpful. Well recommended. Thank you. Linda ?

Very nice store. Slightly higher 'Waitrose' prices that you come to expect but produce is good quality. Take care in their car park as their moped delivery drivers drive the wrong way around the one way system and generally get in the way.

Poor customer service, we spend nearly 200 pounds, when our voucher was not scan, we were asked to return all our item, for after rescan all over again to redo the operation
, surely there is a way less stressful

The shop is nice but it took 45 minutes to get out of the car park!

My experience with this supermarket was extremely horrible. I ordered mac n cheese with bacon only to get horrible food poisoning and having to call an ambulance. I have the worst symptoms possible and feel absolutely terrible. I trusted this supermarket with my health, and they delivered nothing but a painful, horrifying experience. Never again.
