Louise is a highly skilled hairdresser, professional and very friendly. This is so far the best haircut I have had in a long time. Very happy with the highlights/hair colour she achieved.
The service was top notch, all very polite and accommodating.

Really lovely calm friendly and professional salon. Everyone who works there is highly talented. It is a very friendly salon where you are made to feel so welcome unlike so many salons where you can be made to feel uncomfortable. Cannot rate it highly enough

I couldn't have chosen a nicer place to have my nails painted. Sarah was new, but with 20 years experience, and she went out of her way to be kind and smiley and chatty and she did my nails so brilliantly going over and above what I expected her to be able to do in the time they'd managed to squeeze me into as I wanted then done quickly. I will definitely be coming back and I found out they do massage too.

How?s this for a compliment: Lou coloured and cut my hair and a few days later I went on a training course in London. One of the other participants on the course - who I?ve never met before - said ?your hair is fabulous, it is so well cut? and I should know, as I am a hair and makeup artist to a number of celebrities in Knightsbridge?. Thank you Lou! I?ve never had anyone compliment me on my hair like that - least of all by another hairdresser!Services: Blowouts

Visited this local beauty spot for the first time to have bio sculpture on my nails by Jai. She did a really good job and has years of experience, so I recommended the salon to family. I became a regular going every 2-3 weeks to get my nails done here. The third time I went to get my nails done, they wasn?t terrible but I wasn?t 100% happy with them, due to minor things like my nails not being shaped properly (as seen in pictures)I called in to see if I could come into the salon and have things corrected. They was not happy to fix my nails but after a couple of conversations they gave me a partial refund. I decided to try and book an appointment for a week later instead of waiting my usual 2-3 weeks just because I wanted to be happy with my nails, I was told that I was unable to re book and they suggested I go elsewhere because I wasn?t happy with my nails bearing in mind this was the only time I wasn?t happy out of the 3 times I went within the space of a month and a half! I wasn?t once rude and was very patient with the salon so I was shocked by this decision. When asking why I am unable to re book I was told that it?s down to me being unhappy with my nails, a valid reason couldn?t be given. This review has been given because I am disgusted by the way this has been dealt with, I shouldn?t have been unable to re book. The salon has been extremely unreasonable and sounds like if you mention your not 100% happy, you may be banned from future bookings.

Finally got the opportunity to visit this new local beauty salon? and it did not disappoint, what a beautiful spot which I am so lucky to have on my doorstep!The facial I had was excellent, the skincare advice and professionalism was incredible.
