This Screwfix regularly has the worst customer service I've experienced. It appears so poorly run. The wait for your items to arrive at the collection desk is a joke, on average 4-9 minutes. It's frustrating only because it's usually so quick and well organised at all the other Screwfix branches I frequent.

Was just at this store. Given the wrong part, even though I asked the staff member if it was the right one. When I got back home it was clearly the wrong part. I should have checked it myself, but I trusted the staff member who appeared to know what he was doing. Would never use this place again.

Screwfix is great, friendly service all the time. When even ordering online notification is great to advise quickly goods ready for collection.

Very happy about the experience with this guys
I bought a pair of work boots in the morning and because I was in the rush I didn?t try them , I got home and in the evening I realised they are too small . On the way to work I stopped at Screwfix and the guys from there replaced them so :THANKS

DONT EVER USE SPRINT DELIVERY!!!
Nasty company. Ordered 11 items critical for my staff. And the driver delivered 3.
The driver was rude. Swore at me and told me he didn?t give a flying ****!! And it?s not his problem.
I had to find customer services number. And got not where with them. They simply wasn?t interested. They told me to either drive to the store myself and collect it.
Or refund. And get the money in 3-5 days!!!
And that I will have to go and get or pay again for a delivery.
They didn?t care at all the damage to my company. The time lost the staff wages nothing.
So I?m warning anyone that ?needs? the delivery, or who can?t afford for screwfix to keep your money for 5 days I would AVOID. I?m closing my account with screwfix And won?t ever shop with the kingfisher group ever again as B&Q is just as bad.

The store's convenient location is appreciated, as it holds a particular significance for me. The parking facilities are sufficient. However, the collection and ordering area seems rather small. Unfortunately, I encountered a card verification issue today, which was inconvenient. I was required to return with my identification card at a later time, despite having the card associated with the bank account used for the online purchase. This was particularly inconvenient as I had several other items ordered together without any issues. Notably, this particular order exceeded 100 pounds.

Efficient, friendly service. I came as a private customer to collect underlay for our new loft conversion. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and the staff were helpful and offered to carry the products to my car for me.

Rob and Em at the beckenham/Elmer?s end branch are amazing! Helped us for ages to find screws when we had no clue of the size or name. They went above and beyond and they had the patients of saints! Great customer service thank you both ?
