Rude and unhelpful . Despite having 1000s of tiles, we asked about trims and the very disinterested lady just said ?we only have one and no you can?t see it?. As we?re doing a full house renovation we thanked her and took our business elsewhere. Politeness costs nothing.

Fantastic service and beautiful well made tiles at reasonable prices.I used Rovic for kitchen tiles and for matching garden tiles. All staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in their assistance with sourcing and tracking tiles, storing and delivering. Special mention and thanks to Robbie in sales, Neil in the warehouse and all delivery teams, really helpful and efficient.

Some beautiful tiles on show but shocking customer service. Went in few days ago into a completely empty showroom. The two gents behind the desk looked at me and looked straight down. Not even a ?hello? or ?how can I help?. Would understand if if they were both busy , but they were both casually chatting to each other. Not all is lost, found the tiles I wanted and found another supplier

Superb selection of tiles and excellent customer service. When tiler had miscalculated quantity of tiles needed Jon sourced additional tiles immediately and kept the bathroom installation on track.
