Shockingly unprofessional customer service. The grumpy middle aged man with glasses doesn?t know how to speak to women and goes out of his way to be disgustingly rude. Collecting parcels process is not secure, as they leave out the bags full of parcels on the shop floor and expect you to rummage through countless parcels in different bags while refusing to help at all. This means that everyone has access to peoples parcels and could easily read your personal information as well as steal your parcel. Will not be coming back here and would highly recommend others to avoid this place.

People working here are so rude, avoid. Men working there should learn to smile more - it?s customer service 101.

Totally unhelpful rude staff in terms of helping with sending parcels via Evri. I could not believe how unhelpful they are. They have lost my custom.

It's a normal corner shop but the shopkeeper just randomly told me to hurry up.

Disgustingly, rude shopkeeper (Owner, I suspect)Been there several times to drop off a parcel, he's always in a foul mood. Here are some shop rules to remember -You are not allowed to drop off parcels before 830AM, reason - it's time for the local school kids to shop, remember, this is Harrods and the school kids are his oligarchs. If you as a rebellious adult do decide to break this rule, you will be reminded of this rule and told off, in somewhat of a disgusting manner. You will attach the label to the parcel yourself, regardless if the machine tells you clearly not to do so and to hand the label to the shopkeeper. Because, remember the instructions from the machine are only there for fun, the shopkeeper is the crotchety one you must listen to at all times. You will be told (over and over again) to walk over to the yellow box and drop the parcel in there yourself, no matter how many times you've been in the store and faced the demon himself.Last but not the least, do not argue, hand over the parcel to the shopkeeper on bended knee, bowed head and right arm outstretched. Or else, you will be told to shop elsewhere, even though technically you are not shopping in his disgustingly filthy, outdated and overpriced store for anything.

Rude staff, out of date produce sold regularly and they refuse to take evri parcel returns whenever they want

miserable "corner shop" staffed by miserable people. Drop off point for parcel returns, for which, I assume, they get paid, but you'd never know it by the way they interact.
