Leaders have let my property and then sold it over a period of 4 years. Adrian Burch and Ali Rizwan from the Beckenham office were professional, responsive and dedicated . They closed a sale which was messy, complicated and drawn out. It became entangled with the sale of an adjoining property so there were four separate (not very motivated) solicitors and four clients. This would not have made it over the line without their relentless interventions and shepherding. They, with out a doubt, went above and beyond.

I instructed Leaders at Beckenham to sell my flat and I found Adrian and his team work relentlessly to ensure the sale went through. Due to the lacklustre effort from my conveyancer, delay after delay occurred but to Adrian?s credit he proactively acted to get each of the solicitors to keep their eye on the ball. In short, he certainly earned his commission. I have no hesitation in recommending Adrian and his team to sell your property.
