Being a business owner I know first hand that the integrity and success of a business lays solely in the hands of front of house team so I feel it?s important recognise individuals who go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer experience.I would like to acknowledge and highlight the outstanding efforts of ?Maxine? made it possible for my daughter and I to move into our now ?new home? working 24/7 against all obstacles that arose to ensure we were able to move into the house before my daughter?s surgery. We saw the house online on Friday and were handed the keys the following Saturday! Maxine kept us informed of all progress (including out of hour?s communication) and personally oversaw and pursued resolution to all stages of application.Without Maxine?s personal investment, commitment and help we would not have been able to complete the move and secure such a wonderful new home in such a short space of time. Langford Russell have managed the letting of my flat for 8 years, ensuring that I had constant tenants. When I decide to sell the property in July 2022 Eddie and the team were brilliant at sorting out the listing, viewings and helping secure multiple offers. The sale stalled a couple of times but Eddie was always at the end of the phone to reassure and chase the buyers when needed. I would recommend Langford Russell to anyone looking to let, buy or sell a property in Beckenham.

We rented a property that is 100% managed by Langford Russell. It?s honestly disappointing on how unresponsive they are. Have to be chased multiple times to get things fixed and nobody replies to emails. If you call them they?re unavailable and keep passing on the responsibility from department to department without taking ownership and claim it is the first time they hear of the complaint. If you are a tenant i do not recommend going through them if they are managing the property. Would be better having to speak to a responsible landlord directly instead.

Selling my Mother in law?s property was never going to be easy as it?s was a great emotional wrench for her! But Sophie and the team at Langford Russell made it easy. Sophie, was patient, efficient and if she said she was going to chase things with other parties she did so! Really dissatisfied and unhappy with the service I received here. I was invited to collect keys for our new property with my flat mate and complete last identification checks. I arrived at the agreed time in my welcome pack to complete handover. The Lettings negotiator assigned to me quite clearly had no idea about the property and wasn?t able to answer any relevant questions about the property. I found this highly concerning basic queries couldn?t be answered and was unimpressed the Lettings negotiator was deflecting and blaming head office instead of taking accountability.He was not helpful at all and was asking me questions about the property expecting me to know when he is the person who is letting the property and I am the tenant moving in. The keys which we came to collect wasn?t ready and I had to highlight to the Lettings negotiator that keys are missing, basics which should have been checked before we arrived. I was informed it?s a postbox key and then he decided it was an electrical meter room key. The actually key missing was the main front door key which we found out after we had to go to property to inspect for ourselves. I asked him what does each key do as we was just handed a bunch of keys and I was told ?You need to go and have a walk around and find out for yourself what each key does? which I find extremely unprofessional.Would not recommend this estate agents from my personal experience, as soon as commission is earned professionalism goes out the window.

Sophie, Eddie and the team at Langford Russell were incredible from start to finish. Sophie went above and beyond and gave up a lot of her time to help us with our property search and once we found our new home she was instrumental in getting it all sorted. On the day of completion they were so helpful, it took all the stress away. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Our new home was the first property we saw in Beckenham. Oliver, who showed us around, was an absolute star and an exception to experiences we had with other agents. From the viewing through to putting an offer in to completion, Oliver was always available a phone call away, keeping the communication between us, our solicitors and the vendor smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this Langford Russel branch if you are first time buyer. The team there is highly skilled and knowledgeable about the local market but also friendly and human unlike some other agencies around.
