Terrible service on Sunday morning, Mother's Day, March 30th, at Holland Barrett in Beckenham, at approximately 11 am. The guy who helped me charged me twice in a row for the same medicine, and I didn't notice. He looked at me with hatred. I realized right away that something was wrong. I was disappointed with such treatment in such a good store. I'm not going to complain about the extra charge because I don't want to go past that store again because of the horrible and shameful way I was treated.

The people in the store are very nice BUT I found a supplement £6 cheaper on the Holland & Barrett online site than in store. I asked if they could match their own online price and they said they couldn't. I then ordered the product online at the cheaper price for free delivery to the store. That's just bonkers!

Posting for mum . Came in shop staff who served me was a youngish black girl I was there for click and collect she was rude instead of saying can I help you I was meet with what do u want no please no thank you . Was not helpful at all . She might have been having a off day but no need for rudeness.

I have always found staff to be extremely helpful and pleasant in the shop. Disappointing that there is no freezer cabinet with savoury items any more but great for nuts, dried fruits and other ingredients for cooking.

The manager of this store (who I believe is of Indian origin) is an absolute asset to this company and the store itself.The guy definitely leads by example.The experience reminds me shopping in Mumbai market in a traditional ,friendly almost family like manner - he exhibits a great customer service.Always extremely polite and helpful,willing to provide all the information about the products or suggest the alternatives.Some other staff members don't seem to be paying that much attention to customer service.

Staff rude and unhelpfulAisheea? - the woman at the till was patronising, uninterested to sell anything and too lazy to go in the back to check if they have another product.I paid for the ones on penny sale and came back another time to collect my product.It was a very nice guy serving this time.
