The girl at the counter is very friendly and warm. Place was empty when I visited. The Focaccia I got for takeaway was rock solid and unfortunately I couldn’t go back to return it.

Decent food, bread is a nice treat, the pastries and sweets are ok but I don’t get the hype. Ambience very lacklustre - it’s so noisy and hot in there I don’t understand why anyone would want to sit in - they could try to separate the working areas a bit more perhaps. Unfortunately the cookie I bought was rock hard, the cookie had a decent rich taste, but it was like bitting into something very tough.
I’ve been here before for plain croissants which were good, customer service is average, would reccomend you say help to customers and explain your self service area with a clearer... read full comment
