The cards are very nice and not expensive.
But the main reason I keep coming back is because the staff is amazing. They are always very friendly, polite. Best customer service ever. I have never been disappointed! Kudos to the staff!

The ladies in card factory are always really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great customer care. They take alot of pride in their displays and leave no shelf unstocked. I will always use them for as long as I wonder up and down beckenham high street!

Absolutely one of my favourite location the staff are just amazing and goes above and beyond every time Donna,Lisa and Sophia are just amazing and heaven sent, the are friendly, funny and just a joy to be around, being in their presence just makes you feel so comfortable shopping and getting what you need in store.They are actually my main reason for keep going back to this store as I know I?ll always be helped and if what I want isn?t there there?s always an alternative available for me. These staff actually are a draw in for customers.Absolute love card factory and their quality products and wide varietyDefinitely recommend a visit or several visits.P.s they don?t just do cards they do cards, mugs, balloons, gifts and so much more.
