The atmosphere is nice and the staff friendly.
There is a good selection of teas and coffees.
The cakes are tasty. Pastries are ok though.
However we enjoy this place after a nice walk during cold days.

The cappuccino here was really good. I opted for the premium coffee which was the 'winter blend'. The babichino went down a treat. Nice atmosphere

When we arrived during late morning on a weekday there was quite a queue and only one person working behind the counter, so I resigned myself to a long wait. However, the lady serving was super-efficient and got through the queue in no time. Unfortunately because she may have been working alone for a while, no tables in the cafe had been cleared so it seemed a bit messy, but while we were enjoying our coffees etc another member of staff came on duty and cleared everything.

Caffè Nero > all other coffee shops. This branch is spacious and baristas are well trained.

Out of all the coffee shops in Beckenham Nero is the best in terms of layout/lighting etc. quite a relaxed place with nice staff.

Went to this store and asked on my way in if it was okay to use the bathroom. The lady vacuuming said yes so I said ?thank you? and went straight to the bathroom. The bathroom was very unclean but as a new mum, I couldn?t wait. On my way out, the lady was vacuuming still so I said thank you but didn?t wait for a reply as I knew they were trying to close. On my way out I said to my mum walking with me ?isn?t everything in here lovely? as it all looked so clean and the food looked good. Just as I was leaving the woman aggressively shouted ?you?re welcome? as if I had not said thank you twice. Shouting at a woman with a newborn baby in the buggy is disgusting, distasteful and plain rude. If I hadn?t said thank you twice, maybe her unprofessional idm may have been slightly understandable. However it is no fault of my own that she could not hear me over her vacuum. As a frequent customer of cafe Nero, I think I?ll start opting for the smaller businesses along the strip.

Often stop here to grab a coffee on a Friday morning. Coffee is a great and staff are always really courteous and helpful.
