Always an outstanding service from the reception staff, the dentists and my regular hygienist!
I was sceptical about using a different hygienist today, but the service I got from Qudus Adebayo put my worries to rest fairly quickly with his precision! Probably the best clean I've ever had... all done in 30 minutes!

I have been petrified of the dentist since being a child but I have found an angel in the form of Faye at Bupa dental Beckenham! She's so kind, empathetic and supportive and makes me feel completely at ease. I honestly thing she's cured my fear! Would recommend 100%

I am a new patient here, currently on maternity leave, so I was advised to use Bupa insta claim. This is where your insurance covers the cost, so you do not have to pay upfront & await refunding.
Which is a great help with baby brain , less to remember.
Total paid £0.60 on visit.
I saw a lovely dentist called Faye, apon arrival to the first appointment , I was told Faye is running late. Now, considering the receptionist kindly rearranged my appointment to a day earlier at short notice, I was actually just grateful to be seen that afternoon.
I was with my nephew and baby son, the reception was very nice, even kind enough to give my nephew something to nibble on.
Faye and her assistant were most kind, helping with the children during. My nephew is with disabilities and did make quite a mess, but they both were supportive!!
I'm not saying bring the children along. I'm just saying that in an emergency, Faye & her assistant are very understanding.
I am still a bit sceptical as family & online reviews are quite negative in regards to works & and costs, I will update this review accordingly as I must return for treatment so we shall see....
Update!!!!! I have been with Faye for a year now and the service is outstanding ? I haven't received anything but 5* service & genuine care and although its busy she makes a effort to ensure all areas are covered and that you feel like family if you use bupa Beckenham ask for Faye you will not regret it.
A bit thank you to Irine on front of house!! Always kept me informed & ensured I was priority fitting in appointment around my lifestyle. Absolutely fantastic service!

I highly recommend Bupa Dental Beckenham! I would give them 10 stars if I could, they have been really lovely. Everyone I saw there has been very professional and friendly, but especially my main dentist, Anthony Sweeney, and dental nurse Kelly. I felt extremely safe with them. In the end I was so comfortable that I didn?t get at all nervous before my appointments anymore! Anthony is an exceptional dentist. Everyone else there was really nice too. Everything was explained to me very clearly, including all my different options. My treatment was extremely successful and has really improved things for me. I would recommend this clinic to absolutely everyone, but especially if you are nervous of dental treatment for any reason. With great thanks to everyone at Bupa Beckenham, including all the reception staff, especially the wonderful Irene!

Faye is a wonderful dentist, she is very caring, thorough and a perfectionist - along with seeing her for routine check ups, Faye transformed my smile with composite bonding. I?m so so happy with the results, my confidence has improved and I love my smile now. Thank you Faye!
