A big thank you to Bromley Kia and Graham Christian. When I initially contacted Graham I knew exactly which car I wanted to purchase and had another to part exchange. Graham immediately started work on the finance package and came back to me within an hour of my enquiry. I went ahead and collected my new car yesterday. Graham made the whole experience flow with his professional, organised and friendly manner. He understood that I knew exactly what I wanted and didn?t try to sell me anything I didn?t. We had an excellent sales experience with Graham at Kia Bromley. We came to look at second hand Kia Sportages. Unfortunately they didn't have anything in our price range but Graham took our details and notes of exactly what we wanted. Less than a week later he called to say he had the perfect car for us. I got my KIA Electric from Bromley KIA and Andrew Berkeley has been probably the most politest and courteous car salesman I have met. He kept me well informed of my order and would bear with every enquiry I had on the car's features or what comes with it . He took care of every detail I asked of him without a fuss which really removed the stress of purchasing a car which I must say has been so excellent with him and KIA in general compared to some of the premium brands I have purchased in the past. Well done to KIA and well done to Andrew to keep up the experience which is what matters at the end of the day for a purchase once you like the car.
