Fantastic experience this afternoon at Boots Opticians in Beckenham. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and extremely thorough in all the eye tests. Khatija took time and care to help me choose frames and make sure I had everything I needed and was meticulous in her attention to detail. There are other opticians located closer whom I've used in the past but none of them measure up to the service I received today. The pricing is also very competitive and there was no obvious upselling, which is a massive plus point for me. Highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a professional optician service in the Beckenham area.

I chose here initially for my daughter only ,I later joined her as well as the staffs are very friendly, efficient and reliable. I am so glad I chose this opticians. I don't have any worries when it comes to my glasses or that of my young child. A very child friendly place amongst many of the staffs Taylor is one of them as well as the other female staffs.

I was welcomed on arrival and was told what eye tests I was going to be having. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I wasn't kept waiting too long.

The nearest store that I could book was 40 minutes away & I had questions before I arrived as I didn't want a wasted journey. They do not answer the phone & I ended up cancelling my appointment.

I had an excellent customer service experience from a manager called Taylor. He answered all my questions and gave me extra recommendations that I didn't even know about. I would definitely recommend this store in Beckenham
