Owner is abrupt and rude , she is fake , she smiles and waves whilst she thinks she getting cash and as customers leave I have seen her and her staff laugh and giggle at people . I personally have to go in the shop or be around it due to the nature of my job and where I work , so i know this lady well , she is fake and rude behind customers back .

Ordered flowers for my Wife?s Birthday and everything was amazing! Delivery was in time. Flowers - fresh and beautiful! While ordering you have to add text for card! And they write it by hand! Amazing shop! Amazing people!

Sevil and her team are simply incredible! I have trusted them with creating a number of different bouquets for me for a number of years and more recently, my wedding. Always friendly and willing to help. They listen, ask you some great question and really try to understand what you are looking for. Specifically for the wedding they made it painless and what they arranged was simply perfect! I would highly recommend and will continue to sing there praises to anyone looking for a florist. They are artists and I can?t be any more complimentary if I tried!

My sister came into the shop last weekend asking for a £20 bouquet. She ended up coming home with this. In shock and so disappointed! Would have been better off going to a supermarket for a 1/4 of the price!

Dissapointed? Received beatiful flowers for my wedding anniversary on Saturday and by Tuesday most flowers were dead . Would of thought for the price the flowers costed, it will last at least 7 days not 3 days. Would have loved to enjoy them for longer!

It was a pleasure to deal with this florist on the phone and via email, good communication and excellent eye for colour.I wanted to thank them for the stunning bespoke floral arrangement that they made for a funeral.I was pleased with what they were able to create from my suggestions of unusual mixture - sombre and dark palette, to include seed heads, baby blue eucalyptus, cones and thistles, inspired by dry flower ranging. It was everything I could have wished for. Thank you.

Shout out to Sevil Mehmet-pretaraLooking for a 5 ?????????? florist?Beckenham Flower Studio located in Beckenham creates the most amazing flowers and outstanding customer care.I placed my order from America via phone and the internet. I also wanted to,send some special wine with the flowers to my friends. I liaised wit Sevil regarding what I was looking for and she went and personally purchased them and even wrapped them ready to deliver with the flowers.Sevil the owner is so warm and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble. Sevil helped me customize a basket. It was both beautiful and fragrant.Below are photos of the stunning flowers and wine.Lastly is the link to her website. Ordered flowers for a special friend?s funeral when I arrived from Canada so the order was last minute. The flowers were delivered on time and were absolutely beautiful -outstanding - with some unusual touches. Highly recommended and would definitely order from them again.
