Koyel is always lovely and incredible. I work around Paddington station, and everytime I come to WhSmith to pick some things up, she has always made my day 100% better. Genuine kindness and excellent customer service, Koyal is a wonderful individual and she never fails to make me smile.

I always stop by at WHS Smith in paddington after work and the staff is very friendly and professional. Koyel is very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly she is always in a good mood! Definitely recommend to check it out when you're in the area :)

We bought SIM card from WHSmith Paddington upon arrival in London. The staff Mr. Joyed Ahmed was professional, helpful and very patient. Despite of his busy work, he went out of his way to help us communicate with the telco to ensure we got the correct bundle package. His professionalism and warmth made our day. We came here after a long day of travelling and needed to grab a bite to eat and while there were a lot of options for food I was glad to see a WHsmith here as it meant we could have a meal deal. While it's not cheap like it used to be I was impressed with the range of options I could have with the meal deal.I opted for a prawn mayo sandwich with a bottle of water and some lentil chips. This was lively and filled me up nicely. I used the self-checkouts and had no issues with that. The staff were all busy replenishing the goods and we're happy to help out where needed.

Unbelievably high prices for still water. Boots is just around the corner, and it's £1.20 compared to £2.45 in VHSmith, same volume.

I popped in just for a minute but the lady behind the counter, Khoel, really made my entire day. She was so kind and friendly and although it was a short conversation, I left the store with a smile thanks to her kindness. Definitely the definition of service with a smile

Just want to shout out for the fabulous security guard who was on duty 4th Oct at 8am.He was a real help to me. I needed a charger lead but left my phone in the hotel. He also had a Samsung so was able to ensure I got the right one. He also went through two different ones telling me the benefits.Chose one, back to hotel, perfect.Didn't get his name. But well done to that guy. Great service
