It?s a scam ! I Went into the store as my sim has stopped working. The woman there said that I have to pay £30 for a new sim with a new number. I didn?t want to do that, I went online and used the chat service where I ordered a replacement sim. The staff online said that I should of been able to get a replacement sim from the store that day but I chose to wait 3 days instead of the woman trying to make money off me. Probably shop staff trying to make commission before Christmas idk

A little bit of a scam really, walked in to get a SIM card for my family as I?m only in the UK for a few days and was told I need to pay £35 for a month sim, it?s honestly ridiculous I have a contract with Vodafone and paying morethen half the price for double the amount data please avoid this branch as they try and scam you. You are better off going to another branch as they will give you honest and fair prices.

Went into store to buy a 10 or 15 GBP big value bundle sim only. Was told by the sales assistant that the cheapest they offer is a 35gbp sim only plan. Looks like she's trying to scam overseas tourists (I was carrying two suit cases). Not a great look for the Vodafone brand. Have lodged complaint with Vodafone customer relations

Excellent experience. We got a SIM card and unlimited prepaid calls for 35 pounds for a month.
