Worst ever service, staff is not help full, there was no internet from last 3 days, also manger is liar he has update on his note he called us which is he don?t ??.. My elderly mother who lives in Romania has been treated abysmally by Vodafone who overcharged her for multiple numbers which she did not request. She has been to their centre so many times , filled in forms and still no result, for 6 months! She is waiting for compensation but they are not fulfilling their legal responsibility.I have emailed them and all you get is corporate waffle!A shameful treatment!

Such poor customer service and very poor broadband provider. The way they treat their customers is so poor and so wrong. Causing so much inconvenience and wasting so much time. I have been on a customer support chat for 2h 15 min. For something as basic as wifi coverage which Vodafone apparently isn't able to provide to their customers. So ridiculous. Also Shubham, Mohit and Anushree have provided disgusting and rude customer service, completely useless. They kept repeating the same things and did not solve the issue nor have I been redirected or guided to the tech team. Maybe Vodafone have become too big to appreciate their customers business? There are other broadband providers out there they still respect their customers. If any issues with Vodafone broadband the customer service is very inefficient via Tobi chat as well as being passed from one department to the other and wasting so much time on the chat box. Rather than efficiently solving the issues in a timely fashion. Also, there are unique instances like mine where there is a need for a tech expert to physically come and have a look at the issue rather than me chatting for hours with very poor quality Vodafone employees that do not have the basis to understand the problems. It's frustrating and upsetting at the same time, but again if Vodafone doesn't need/ appreciate me as a customer, I don't need them either as provider.

I called to try and help my mother in law out with the fault on her broadband and called the 0808 number , I appropriate that you have a some rules around who can call , My mother is 86 years old with a medical alarm and is classed as a venerable person. I was trying to ask the lady if they can test the line as it is not working , I would indeed have put her on the phone if she was not a 3 hour drive from me , the lady called Dooa thought that would be fine , I did try and explain but she would not listen , I asked to talk to the manager to see if I could ask the question I had been trying to ask for several minutes , Too my surprise I was told she will tell you the same thing , I asked to speak to her on several occasions and was finally told i could fill out a form and wait 24 hours , Not bad for a 86 year old person with a medical condition , Please can someone look into my request , I have asked my mother in law to stay well for the next 24 hours as the phone my not work in an emergency , I will take the day off work and travel down to help restore some sanity to this digital age .

It concerns the miserable image of the company in Greece and specifically in Kifissos:They force you to work under a huge station, usually an antenna with many incidents of employee health issues that they cover up with legal tricks...Not even for a... star of course....and of course they take no responsibility if you have any health issues in the future because you work through third party companies ... The level of those in charge is laughable .. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the theoretically responsible guys with tattoos who can't speak proper Greek ... Don't fall into the trap .. When you hire they won't tell you that you will have to pass some tests related to retards..(like if you pass the tests..finally..you will excel..you must be at least retarded not to test the worker you already paid him..giving he has a grace period to train through work and then you judge him..) and you may not continue after a month while you have wasted your time...!!! The funny thing is that they have put something stupid without any professional background to be played by teachers and belittled as an employee as if you were nothing.. It is no coincidence that they always have an ad while the other providers rarely publish...!!

??Vodafone as a Broadband provider are one of the worst company I have experienced.I would NOT recommend you use there service.There?s been nothing but issues, before I purchased it, during the 2 week period I had it and since I terminated with themIt worked then it went down for 5 days. Engineer didn?t arrive etc etc. Because of the hassle I cancelled it within the 2 weeks cooling off period. It hardly worked.Called them many times to resolve but it didn?t get anywhere.Told me I wouldn?t be charged. They took the money out my account.Been on the phone, double figures, with all the above issues. They tell you one thing then nothing happens, or the opposite occurs. I?m not exaggerating.They ask for the router back so in good condition I retuned it to my local store in Camden as instructed. This was back in October.Since then, Vodafone have been sending text & emails threatening I?ll be charged for the router.Made 2 formal complaints explaining Ive returned it already. Please find it on your system.They can?t find it I was told.Asked me to return to the store and find out what happenedYou won?t get compensation - it?s not our policy the last complaints assistant told me.Stress, hassle & anxiety this has caused.It?s pathetic.I?ve decided to approach OFCOM.

Vodafone show no customer loyalty. They give your personal information & contact details to 3rd parties so that you get cold called about sales. They will add any extra charges with every opportunity & I do not recommend them to anyone. I have been a customer for over 25years & they are not the company they used to be. Hugely disappointing unfortunately. As soon as my contracts end I?ll be going to another network provider.If you take the time to scroll down, you will see many 1 star reviews & the 5 star reviews do not look legitimate to me.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Vodafone U.K. Their customer support was unhelpful and kept transferring me multiple times, leading to wasted hours of my time. Additionally, there is a well-known scam with giftcloud vouchers for their home broadband services, which is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Vodafone U.K. based on my terrible experience. Beware of their unreliable services and lack of customer care. One star is too generous for this disappointing provider.

Nightmare, new to vodaphone, account not working, spent 2 hours on phone, cut off once, now account working. Apple TV says free yet no activation code, not one person could tell me how to activate it, even now it says I will be charged after 7 days and another 2 hours wasted and now thinking it is scam and mis-selling. Avoid, I wish I had rubbish in all ways. CEO should resign or go on the phone lines to see rubbish service they provide. The only thing they are good at is taking your money, that works fine for some reason!!!!!!!!

Currently running. SCAM with Giftcloud avoid vodaphone at all costs. They enrol customers with the promise of Amazon vouchers then wash there hands of it and say it?s nothing to do with them despite the partnership between Giftcloud listed on their website. AVOID!!!!!! now with trading standards.
