Disgraceful behavior from driver ? completely unprofessional
Had a terrible experience at the Travis Perkins building shop. One of their drivers was blocking the main entrance gate and refused to move forward, even though there was clearly space ahead. Instead, he was standing around chatting with a colleague, with no regard for anyone trying to enter or exit.
When I honked the horn to get through, he reacted aggressively and approached my vehicle in a threatening manner?as if he wanted to start a fight. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and frankly dangerous.
What made it worse was the complete lack of responsibility from the manager on site. I explained what had happened, but there was no apology or any real attempt to deal with the situation.
Very disappointing experience. Travis Perkins needs to seriously address the behavior and professionalism of their staff.

Terrible Experience ? Aggressive Staff and No Accountability
I had a shocking experience at Travis Perkins that left me feeling unsafe and deeply disrespected. One of the staff members was extremely aggressive to the point where I genuinely felt I was about to be physically assaulted. What?s worse is that the manager showed no concern whatsoever ? not even an apology or attempt to defuse the situation.
This is completely unacceptable behavior from any business, especially one dealing with members of the public. I expected professionalism and respect, but was instead met with hostility and zero accountability. I will never be returning to this branch or recommending Travis Perkins to anyone.
Absolutely disgraceful service.

Just want to start off by saying I?ve been customer of Travis Perkins for many years. This branch in Paddington has to be one of my favourite. Soon as you come in you?re welcome by such lovely people who are always there to help and so lovely. The boys in the yard Ahmed, Michael, Brandon, Fred and Peter! Such lovely people and always give a hand and hard working lads! Not like when you go to other places and people don?t want to give you a hand these guys always offer to help. To top it all off once you go inside to pay you are greeted by such lovely people. Ben, Nigel, Jason, Vince, Michael, brain, Nick and the rest of the lovely staff inside. Let?s not forget the man of the hour DARRIN. Make sure you go to Darrin if you ever need any material really nice and genuine person always looking out for you and giving you the best price. Thanks Travis for always looking after me!
