Justin was absolutely incredible today at the Bayswater store, I had an issue with the phone and he was so attentive and made sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

The place looked nice, but they are so slow. The guy kept going to office like every 2 to 3 minutes. While the shop was getting alot of ppl. At the time i went it was 3pm and only 2 staffs were on duty. Nice staffs no issue there but it takes ages for them to do a task.
Ps. The tourist sim card works best when your outside any build

This review is about Three in general, and not this specific shop. The connection in Notting Hill is so bad that it seems to be in the middle of a desert. When you call the customer care you have to wait too much and, when they answer, it?s so difficult to communicate and understand. I?ve called several times, they said they solved it, but the situation is always the same. Worst thing: you really feel they don?t care. I would never choose Three again. I wait for the contract to end and I?ll change company.
