I can't understand the unbelievably poor service from the lady cashier, she is always at the till when I visit, I have to say hello more than twice before she even looks at me and when she does she rolls her eyes and says OK, when I say Thank you she ignores me, I thought it was just how she was but I have for the second time in a month notice how she is extremely polite to fellow Asians which made me feel extremely weird and upset, today I asked her why she don't say hello, good morning etc and she said she is too busy to talk to me. I believe there may be another underlying issue there.

I used this branch for over 4 years now, always good experience until recently where a newish memebr of staff is the rudest employee as I he is the person i charge of mails in seems from Evri, I get rude behaviour, condescending behaviour, he seems to be very stressed. First time I thought he was having a bad day so I ignored it, then today his colleague called him to help me out while my turn came. He looked my phone with Evri confirmation, pointed his fingner at me ,condescending way again, asked me to wait in a corner which I did. He didnt go to collect my parcel but he went to do other tasks then he went to help another client, this client came after me in the queue, I lept waiting. Then he walked near me so I had the bad luck of asking him again of he can help , got furious and spoke rudly. After collecting the parcel i pointed the bad behaviour to the cashier and i asked him for his name he said Prakash. Also staff were waiting their name badge, he was not so no idea if it os tge right name. This behaviour is not acceptable! I am coming for a service i m a customer i am not asking for charity!!

I walk through the way down here in the cold and the scanner wasn?t working for the evriparcel shop. Absolutely shocking service.

Not many type of food available! Plus you have to wait a lot if want to pay in cash , always 1 person at the till , the stuff knows it , see it , but they really don?t care , not good for tourist coming to the city as we pay higher commission every time we make a purchase!

Why advertise 24 hours when they seem to close as and when they feel like it between 3-5am. Tills are still open seems more like they just want a break more than anything. Not a problem but then advertise the hours correctly so people don't waste time.

I had a frustrating experience at Tesco today evening that left me quite disappointed. As I approached the checkout, I noticed that the cashier lady was the only one present, while the chef leader stood nearby without offering any support. What struck me the most was when the chef leader, who should have been responsible for addressing such issues, stated that "it's not working" and did nothing to assist.It's disheartening when employees seem more interested in avoiding their responsibilities than providing the assistance they're meant to offer. In such a situation, it would have been greatly appreciated if the chef leader had stepped in to help, especially when the cashier clearly wasn't aware of the problem.

24hrs convenience store. Come across a bit messy given certain products are being placed on the shelves. No single serving yoghurt packs are sold here for some reason.

Rude and unhelpful staff, can not communicate well, had to come here as I wanted to return a parcel which I had bought from Amazon, in the instructions were clearly mentioned that it doesn?t need a printer and it?s fine with the QR code, but the staff said we don?t have scanner and you need to print it. Long story short, not happy at all.

4.5/5. Great options and selections. Me and bruv went for some drinks and we were not disappointed. Mango drink and bottled water were exquisite. Not as good as the ole Safeway back home, but still amazing. Self checkout too

I visit this store every day for lunch with my colleagues and every time there is a que out the door for people wanting to pay with cash and there is only ever 1 person on the tills every single time. This is absolutely unacceptable, the store is so poorly run and after the bell has been rung for more staff the manager doesn?t even come to help let alone another member of staff this store is a joke and the territory manager needs to take control and hire people who actually want to come to work and do their job description and sack the ones who don?t. I expect a full investigation and response.
