The customer service is not at a great level ... You need to check what you are paying for otherwise they charge some items twice ...
Overall doesn't feel like a friendly atmosphere.

Staff are very rude to the customer following every here on the shop like you are a criminal and talk to you which disrespect they juge people by they appearance i don't recommend this place to anyone stay away from this store

I had a deeply concerning experience at the Paddington Superdrug branch today.If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I witnessed a staff member accuse two young girls of theft simply because they had items in their bags while waiting to pay. One of them explained she had no space in her hands, yet the staff member reached into her bag without consent, which felt completely inappropriate.
Even after the girls cooperated and offered to show their belongings, the staff member escalated the situation, made a snide remark implying they were stealing, and later shouted insults like ?tramp? as they quietly left the store when asked.
The whole thing was uncomfortable to witness and felt unnecessarily aggressive and classist. These were calm, paying customers, and they were treated with hostility and disrespect. I no longer feel comfortable shopping here and hope Superdrug addresses this behaviour.

Today I unfortunately witnessed a distressing incident at Superdrug (Praed Street W2) It was deeply upsetting to observe a Superdrug sales assistant respond aggressively toward a child with a disability. After the child accidentally knocked over a product stand, the staff member began shouting and slapping the counter, reacting with hostility not only towards the child but also towards customers who attempted to help.
I assisted in picking up the fallen items, and it was clear there was no harm done?yet the assistant?s behaviour remained unnecessarily aggressive and confrontational. What was especially troubling was that the store manager, who appeared to be familiar with the family, calmly informed the sales assistant that everything was fine. Despite this reassurance, the aggressive behaviour continued.
This level of disrespect and lack of empathy is entirely unacceptable, particularly towards a vulnerable child and those who showed kindness in the situation. As a result, I chose to leave the store without making a purchase, along with three other appalled customers.

I generally like superdrug - what I didn't like this evening, after reviewing store hours, to find the store closed at 7pm.
I wasnt the only person disappointed, a young family was also at the door when staff were leaving.
They, the staff, blamed Google for incorrect hours, only one girl was sympathetic to our wasted journeys

I suffered prejudice for being Latina! The cashier refused to sell me the products that had already been passed through the cash register, worth £120. Just because I am Latina and he was not having a good day. I called another cashier and he said he would not sell me because I was rude to his colleague. I asked him to check the camera because I had not been rude, they refused, and said they were closing the store, then they sold products from the store to another person who was in line! In other words, they were prejudiced, rude and liars. I was embarrassed, and I suffered prejudice. On December 26, 2024, around 7 to 8 pm, by 2 men! (I believe that if I were British or accompanied by a man, this would not have happened!) Because I am a woman, they chose to embarrass me! I was going to call the police, but since my night had already been very sad, I gave up. I hope that cashiers are treated the same way when they go on vacation in another country! and I am outraged that such a large store hires prejudiced and unethical people (the attendants did not believe in their own cameras and do not respect the police). Note: I am suffering from postpartum depression, I would not wish this on any woman! This happened to this store in Paddington.

Would rate 0 if possible. Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for my order for 3 weeks. The store confirmed the order is not there and didn?t help me at all. I have contacted the customer service several times only to hear the same answer over and over again ?we could not contact the store, could you please try to reach us later today?. Not even to mention that it takes them 24/48h to reply. Horrible experience. Please do NOT buy anything online from Superdrug. Their customer support will not help you if something goes wrong which happens frequently.

Rude store manager zaidi, got annoyed because was trying to leave store and he was blocking the door and I gently tapped him to let him know I was there. Someone should teach him some code of conduct and let him know not to block exit
