They didn?t allow me to use the toilets after I bought a coffee because they had already ?closed them? at 7:00 pm ? even though the store closes at 7:30 pm

I?ve lived in this area for over 10 years and can hands down say this store has one of the worst staff I?ve ever came across. As it?s super close to me I tend to pop in here and there as it?s convenient but never a pleasure to go. The staff are useless, constantly chatting and ignoring customers when it?s not even busy. The guys that work there needs a real course in customer service.

Bad service. Staff were slow, unprofessional, and more interested in chatting than serving customers. I ordered an oat cappuccino and got the wrong milk. Worst coffee I?ve had from Starbucks.Management at this store should be more concerned and strict with their staff!

It's quite small, but it's very cozy. And a little bit about all the Starbucks, to go and have your favorite drink and be able to drink it. And the ?Pumpkin Marble Loaf Cake?

4 people on morning shift, chatting to each other, not paying attention to customers. We all had to wait for coffee for at least 10 min (it was just opening time, no peak busy time). They also forgot to give pastry to customers because they were busy chatting and customer had to ask for it as otherwise she would not get her order.

I?m actually the regular costumer and I like Starbucks coffee, but sometimes you will see someone working at the counter can never be polite and relax and serve customers with patience , everybody knows time?s important but in same time the customers need to say their order relax this guy at the counter is so in rush doesn?t let me scan my app barcode and I was like relax and be calm when you service customers, i finally realized that he?s new there and get panic when he served few customers together, that?s never right,
I hope the manager can see this message and fix this kind of staff issues while serving customers.
Respect and massive love the ladies who?s working there they?re kind and caring and calm and full respectful
But this guy need some support?

Avoid ordering from this store. I placed an order on UberEats, and they sent me the wrong items. I reordered and paid again, only for them to make the same mistake within 20 minutes.
