They didn’t allow me to use the toilets after I bought a coffee because they had already “closed them” at 7:00 pm — even though the store closes at 7:30 pm

I’ve lived in this area for over 10 years and can hands down say this store has one of the worst staff I’ve ever came across. As it’s super close to me I tend to pop in here and there as it’s convenient but never a pleasure to go.
