One of the best starbucks I've been to, great coffee, lovely location and nit too busy, only downside is that it's not an independent coffee shop which would be preferable. Gluten free flapjacks available and vegan options. Didn't see any Gluten free and vegan options

Came there today morning to order coffee before appointment, seat and relax but all was ruined by terrible patronising till person rolling eyes witch each word I said. - I clearly asked for ice americano but the employee put mocha on the will when I told her- this is jot what I order she said to me she doesn?t understand! After 5 minutes of explaining she finally understood and still in the end I got hot americano with milk.
Terrible patronising service! She didn?t understand in almost empty quiet coffee place or maybe she got issue with my accent!

They constantly rip you off in this location. I order a Grande and they deliver a Grande yet charge for a Venti. Not to mention the toilets are constantly out of order.

Just witnessed the worst "Karen" costumer I've seen, treating staff members in a really bad way, totally unnecessary. But the way staff members handled the situation it was so professional. I hope she didn't ruin your day guys, you're doing a great job ?

I only write reviews when the SERVICE Is ELITE and the barista team, Min and Patrick, were effecient, quick, was able to give me a fresh cold caramel shortbread straight from the fridge as I requested.If that isn't top tier service then I don't know what is, thank you team !!!!!

I dropped my cup of tea ? the staff was super quick and super caring, cleaned it, and offered me a new one with kindness straight away. Both waiters are very nice ?
