Popped in for a pumpkin spice latter to drink in. Greeted with a smile and not a long queue which was a surprise. Drink made quickly and tasted great. Didn?t get a seat on ground floor so had to go downstairs which is huge, has good art and also the toilets.
I think they can fit more seating upstairs and should dot some tables about. There is some seating outside.

Think the staff need to read their opening hours. I went just past 8 on a Sunday and they?d already locked the doors despite the sign saying they?re open until 9

We had breakfast here morning of our fourth day in London. Very nice place. Quick service. Pretty good brioche and chocolate biscuit. The coffee was also good, a shame about the enormous quantity served (in fact, although we had taken the "tall" one, i.e. the less substantial one, it arrived in their usual container the same size as a glass).

I came in to Starbucks and was greeted by Mirae. She had a smile on her face and was so kind helping me with my order. She really turned my day around with her attitude as there were a few annoying customers in front of me. It may be small but her attitude turned around my evening :)
