Sat down at a table . Whilst waiting for my missus to order her drink. Was told by the stage that they had closed this section . So got up and moved to another table . Only for a group of women to come in 10 mins later and sit at the original table I was at . Nothing was said .

Couple from the States who discovered St. Ives and fly over to stay there every few years or so. Back again end of August. I love everything about this place. The Hilton, Starbucks, M&S for train snacks and Paddington Station. All right here for your convenience. Can't wait to be back in August. ??

I wish I could do 0 Stars! I ordered something off the available menu, but it wasn?t available. I should?ve just left, but I didn?t. Then I told them NO ICE. And when my drink comes, lots of ice. She said that I said light ice. Girl, don?t gaslight me!!!!

got an iced cappuccino from here yesterday. the guy who made my drink was greek and he made it just like the proper greek freddo cappuccinos. 10/10 wish all starbucks workers knew how to make them this way

BRILLIANT SERVICE!!!
Ran in to get a quick coffee and explained I only had 7 minutes before my train was leaving. The guy who was working today (17th Dec 2024) at 13:30 was amazing. Processed my order & made it quickly to help make sure I didn?t miss my train. He was efficient, polite, friendly and just amazing. I didn?t catch his name but on my receipt it said the name Ioannis. Thank you Ioannis.

The staff over there is quite rude, they didn?t bother to scan my app plus they serve me a cold coffee.

Ordered a double espresso and just requested hot water on the side. I even bought my own mug. I wanted hot water on the side as I like to add it slowly and to my taste. The staff member refused me and said we are not allowed. I am using my own mug so I don't understand what difference it makes? She said she can add the hot water to my espresso directly. I said no I want it seperate or if it's to much bother then I don't want you to be in trouble? She replied thank you so much I will get into trouble from my manager. I feel that it is such a shame that the manager of the store would not trust staff to do this and treat your employees so poorly that they can't even fulfil a small request. I hope the area manager reads this and reprimands the manager to loosen up a bit with the team.

My camera bag was stolen at this store. Be careful, there are thieves in this place. My camera bag was stolen. I'd like to see the CCTV. Employees at this store must contact the service center. Employees are not considerate. Our family is very sad because there are only our memories on the camera.

Friendly staff and great drinks! The store is located inside the station, up the escalators on the first floor. It's slightly hard to find but easy once you know.
I ordered on the app and my drink was made quickly. It's a small store, so sometimes seats are limited but there were some available. There are plug sockets at every seat (no USB though). The Wi-Fi worked and was fast.

Great central, but unfortunately the lattemachiato had a similarity to boiling hot milk, the decaffeinated coffee doesn't taste like coffee and the croissant remains like a lump in the throat.

Very friendly staff, helping a tired American (me) order an iced coffee and I needed to ask what to call the milk I normally order in US. And no problem at all when I asked for an iced water as well while picking up drink at end of counter. Not a lot of seating in the store but this is in a train station so probably don?t expect people to stay extended periods of time.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator to train and tube stations just outside door. Door to Starbucks was left open so no issues with opening it.
