Stopped for a mid shopping coffee shop and toilet break! How they gatekeep the toilets is ridiculous! I understand they are for customers only but wouldn?t let me use it until my daughter had paid and had the code even though she was in the queue waiting to pay and I have an access card to show my bladder condition

Pret wants to be clean, fresh, wholesome. But the place looks like it?s been left behind by the idea. Tables sticky, bins overflowing, a smell that sticks to your jacket. And the toilet?Christ. Just looking at it feels like a health risk. You don?t sit, you hover, and even that feels like a mistake. This isn?t wellness. It?s a warning sign with avocado. Two stars?one for the brand, one for the sandwich. Everything else needs scrubbing.

Appalling client service: I visited on Sat 7/6 and spent £26 on lunch for 3 people. I ordered the Fruit Buechler Muesli as part of my order and asked for a small sachet of honey. I was informed - by both the staff and duty manager - that they would not provide the honey for the muesli. Despite my protests they would not change their mind. I have ordered the muesli from Pret around the world - including this store - and have never had this problem. I will never return to this venue!

I recently visited this Pret A Manger location and was very disappointed with both the food and the service. I ordered a ham and cheese baguette, which was supposed to be served warm, but it was not heated properly. The center was still cold, making it unpleasant to eat.
When I brought this up to the staff, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than offering to fix the issue, they were rude and seemed irritated that I had even mentioned it.
I?ve come to expect better from Pret, both in terms of food quality and customer service. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those standards. I hope the management looks into this and ensures staff are properly trained in both food prep and customer care.

Always appalled by the level of service at this shop especially by their lady manager.
She is rude and her attitude is revolting!

I came with my staff, and they all are disabled. The Atmoshere was so horrible as music was so loud, and I requested to put it slowdown, but there's no reaction.
So regrating to come this place.
