I visited here with just 45 minutes before closing so it wasn?t very busy but the service and food was delicious as always from Pret
I think they do one of the best mochas around, so if you are partial to one, then they are definitely worth a visit and see if you think I am right!

Poor service, dry sandwiches and a £10 a month subscription to get 50% off for coffee that burns your mouth. It?s not difficult to get it half right. Take the extra 20 meters and head to beany green Australian cafe.

With my brother we went to buy something, but whilst we were waiting for the toilet to become unoccupied, we got kicked out by some other employee who didn't serve us saying "it was closed" and told us to go toilet elsewhere. I think this is unfair as we are customers but we didn't get to use the lavatory

Worst coffee i?ve ever had in my life. I?ve had a lot of coffee. Tasted watered down as soon as i got it and then just tasted like wet cardboard. Paid £4.45 for this i am not happy AT ALL. Avoid this place at all costs if u want good coffee in the area walk 2 mins to black sheep coffee and get some real coffee. This is a disgrace to the coffee world.

I would prefer to have my coffee in, in a mug, and as such don?t normally shop at Pret. However, as I was meeting my daughter, I ordered a coffee specifically asking for no lid. When it was given to me with a lid, I asked if they could remove and reuse. When I handed it to them they threw it in the bin in front of me. I found this very rude and an unpleasant experience. Your customers care about the environment. Please respect this!
