Poor customer service i asked to used the toilet while working on the roads for lime i know it's not free so i said i will buy a coffee. They didn't have filter coffee which i normally buy, most prets offer Americano for the same price however they didn't so i ordered a matcha latte, an expensive toilet stop, the matcha was not mixed properly either so a very bad experience from a reputable store a bit disappointed to be honest

My go to for my morning coffee run. Staff are absolutely fantastic, big shout out to Almaz, Chris and Manpreet who always brighten my morning. Coffee is always 10/10 and served with a smile. Very quick, hardly ever have to queue. Fantastic team!

Christian from Pret in Paddington was absolutely amazing?his bright smile and warm energy lit up the entire place. He was incredibly polite, making the interaction feel genuinely kind and personal. His excellent customer service made our day.

A special shoutout to Chris, Khrystyna, and Almaz, whom I met initially. By day two, they already greeted me by name and began preparing my hot beverage as soon as they saw me enter the Paddington Pret location. As a creature of habit, I truly appreciate their attentiveness and kindness in making that happen.

Atmosphere low?? It was nearly closing time. However, big shout to the manager for ensuring correct hand hygiene practices are followed. Thank you Hanifa, you were mopping the floor when I came in, said hi to acknowledge me and then promptly washed your hands properly and dried them on paper towel.
Top marks for hygiene, I hope your manager see this. It's SO important. I walk out of places if I witness poor hand hygiene. I pass by frequently and will revisit thanks to your actions. ??

Very rude and patronising manager.
It was a simple complaint about an incomplete order
She refused to give her name when i asked so I can only identify her as of Chinese/Korean descent.
It's an embarrassment to Pret's reputation.
