?ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS ? A DISGRACE TO THE PIZZA HUT NAME?

I knew something was off the moment it showed up at my door within 20 minutes. That?s not a brag ? that?s a red flag. You can?t even bake a proper pizza in that time, let alone prepare a full order fresh. And guess what? I was right.
Let me break it down ? this wasn?t food. It was an insult.
The pizza arrived misshapen, undercooked, and just... wet dough. It felt like someone dumped raw ingredients onto it and shoved it into an oven for a few minutes, then panicked and pulled it out early.
The cheesy garlic strips? More like dry, chewy bread with maybe a brush of garlic and the memory of cheese. Zero stretch, zero flavour. Just a pale, dry fraud.
The Doritos Cheesy Nachos were a joke. A burnt, crunchy mess around the edges with some limp crisps in the middle. No cheese drizzle, no melted goodness, just... sadness in a tray.
This isn?t just poor cooking ? this is Pizza Hut being exploited. This location is blatantly abusing the brand name to push out cheap, low-quality food that looks NOTHING like the photos and tastes even worse. There is no pride, no care, and clearly no oversight here. They?re banking on the fact that people trust the Pizza Hut logo. Don?t fall for it.
I get it. You want your weekend treat, maybe some comfort food. You think ?ah, Pizza Hut ? can?t go wrong.? But let me warn you with everything I?ve got: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
? Not for collection.
? Not for delivery.
? Not even if you?re starving and it's the only place open.
There are plenty of other Pizza Hut branches nearby that do care and deliver decent food. Go to them instead. This place? This place is a scam in a red box. Don?t waste your money, don?t waste your time, and don?t risk your appetite on whatever disgraceful mess they?re pushing out the kitchen door.
You?ve been warned.

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut on Edgware Road. The service was quick and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout. What stood out the most was how good the pizzas were ? the toppings were fresh and generous, and everything tasted amazing. Definitely a solid spot if you?re craving a good pizza and want to be treated well.

They don?t answer the phone, even in the shop they let it ring. I had to walk down here. The guy didn?t understand English and kept walking off. If I owned this store I would seriously organise the staff they must be losing money. The reviews are suspect as well they are using the same words and descriptions. If your going to buy reviews at least use a company that doesn?t copy and paste.
