I visited this chain pizzeria during their ?Iconic Pizzas at Original Prices? event. The pizza was good, but it?s definitely not worth the full regular price. For the same cost, you can get high-quality Neapolitan pizza elsewhere. At half price it?s worth it, but at the normal price it just doesn?t justify the cost.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor ? the staff were inattentive, slow, and unprofessional. We waited a long time to be seated, even though the restaurant wasn?t busy. It took ages to get our order taken, and when the food finally arrived, some of it was cold. No one checked on us during the meal, and it was difficult to get the attention of any staff. Sadly, the bad service ruined what could have been a nice outing. I would not recommend this place and won?t be coming back.

Was on a trip to the U.K with my family 2 years ago and the restaurant was close to our hotel(premiere inn).
The food does not disappoint! It's pizzas and pastas were pretty good and it's drinks and desserts were also very good
The staff were fast and nice to us and made us feel like home
Sadly it gets a bit crowded at night so we had to book in advanced to eat. It also might get a bit noisy due to the huge crowd that comes here. I wouldn't really recommend it to families with younger children. But for teens and adults it's a must!

Taking the 'Express' out of Pizza Express. We were seated for lunch by one of the staff, who was then reprimanded in front of us for seating us in the wrong section. The reprimander then told us to stay there, but after twenty minutes of no service, when we asked if we needed to order up at the counter, he told us: 'It's table service. I'll get to you when I have a moment.' Ten minutes passed, and we were still not served. I would have understood if it was packed, but we were in a near-empty restaurant, and there were only four full tables outside. Could have been handled a lot better, and took over half an hour out of our lunch breaks.

Went with family for lunch on a day out. Food was good, with GF options available, and restaurant was clean and comfortable, with a nice waterside view. The service was stellar - Diana was kind and knowledgeable about food allergies, etc, and she was quick and helpful. I would return just on the basis of this great service!

If I could give the service a minus rating I would. The staff could not care less to look at you let alone serve you. We waited for 5 minutes standing until my arthritic pain started to kick in. We proceeded to sit for 30 minutes asking multiple times and was let known that someone was going to serve us which didn?t happen. Eventually we had to stand up and almost pleed them for food. The hot chocolate is watery and the food is alright. The atmosphere is decent but the service gives it an overall 1 star as I couldn?t give less. There was plenty of staff which is the most unusual thing.
