If you know one McDonald's you know all McDonald's. The food tastes the same everywhere. And McDonald's sets this claim for itself. OK for short-term satiety

Visited on October 2, 2024. Extremely slow service, they didn't care if something kept beeping and flashing.
Meat poorly seasoned, chips without salt (maybe due to some UK restriction).
The overall impression of this McDonald's is terrible

Refused to let us sign for our food with some silly excuse about midnight. Unfortunately we couldnt eat there for that reason.

It takes a very long time to wait for the order, the workers just walk around the workplace, everyone does what they want, they walk around talking, the potatoes were not available and before they put it, it took 5 interesting minutes to be prepared, after my order, to talk about nothing

Visited 09/09/24 between 10:30am-11:30am.
Service was slow compared to other mc Donald?s branches I?ve visited. All staff were smiley, friendly and engaging with customers however the duty manager lady was not happy. Very grumpy and no smiling or even bothering to look at customers.
I tried to engage in convo and also asked for ketchup to which it was just left on the desk for me to reach out. She didn?t look happy at all and for a company the size of mc Donald, she should be more approachable representing the brand. I was shocked to say the least. I doubt I will be visiting this particular branch.
Not a big branch, however they have basement seating and a standing bench upstairs. Toilets available here too.
