The worst customer service i have experienced in a long time, shocking. I ordered to day 6 pizzas to st marys hospital for the nurses to say thank you for their hard work. During the order the staff member i spoke to was rude, aggressive and patronizing. He then told me to order online and hung up on me. Once i ordered, he then called me and passed the phone to another member who was just as rude to tell us that they will nt come up the lift to meet the nurses on the 8th floor. They proceeded to mock me and make fun of the fact that the nurses cant leave their post to come down. the delivery driver has to press a button in a lift where he will be greeted, i wonder how they deliver to peoples doors in apartment buildings.
Eventually i called to check on the status of the delivery and someone sounding a lot more mature answered and said coming up the elevator is fine. Such a nuisance for no reason.
Pizzas have arrived and have clearly been tampered with, WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN EVEN IF YOU PAID ME

I ordered mistakenly from the wrong store for collection and when I asked for refund on the phone they told me ?The pizza is already made, your money is gone we can?t do anything?. This is not how you treat a customer.

We are traveling in London, we have placed an order for it to be delivered to the hotel where we are staying and the order has not arrived and they have charged us, we called Domino's and they make problems and do not give us a solution, to the point that they cut off our call The worst experience, I do not advise placing home orders since even after time we still do not have a solution, they neither refund our money nor send us the order.

I got food poisoning after eating a tuna pizza. Additionally, I noticed delivery personnel in outerwear and shoes with rucksacks moving around the kitchen, which is highly concerning as it?s not hygienic for people to be near food preparation areas under such conditions. This does not seem like a standard practice for maintaining food safety.

I have ordered for delivery and my order took more than 2 hours, when I communicated with the restaurant the employee was rude and started shouting on me because I don?t have a UK number to communicate with. Overall, the experience was super bad and the food delivered cold.

The staff were extremely rude, I had no indication my food was downstairs with a driver, as soon as I placed my order it said it was being delivered so I just waited for either a message or a phone call, when I did receive a phone call the guy was just nothing but rude telling me I had a minute before he?d leave even though I had no clue anyone was waiting for me, just pure lowlife way of talking to someone, the driver was also rude saying he was waiting to long, instead of just ringing my number he just sat there annoying hotel staff trying to find my room, typical London

They're looking for delivery drivers ,own moped or company.
I went there to ask , was told they don't hire with own moped and some useless chit chat by a guy in the kitchen.
I have worked for Domino's and hut , shame to see some branches failing like this.
I wouldn't eat from such folk.

Yesterday, I had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff member who served me was incredibly rude and cold. From the moment I walked in, it was clear he had no interest in providing good customer service.
He barely acknowledged my presence and seemed annoyed by simple questions about the menu.
What was supposed to be a quick and pleasant visit turned into a frustrating ordeal.
Customer service is a crucial part of the dining experience, and this staff member's behavior was unacceptable.
I hope Domino's management addresses this issue promptly to ensure no other customers have to endure such poor treatment. Despite this branch being conveniently located near my hotel, I will never return.

He is not clean enough, uses hands without gloves a lot, and does not use spoons and cooking utensils properly

Absolutely terrible, undercooked and hardly any cheese.
Ordered two large
Plain with extra cheese
And a vegi
The vegi had more cheese than the pizza with extra cheese.
The dough was overly undercooked.
Literal raw dough under the toppings
Called the shop and they didn't care.
Dominos please note there are other pizza shops in the vicinity, some cheaper, and taste better. People do have a choice. Baring this mind, my choice is to never give you my money again. I'd rather buy a frozen pizza

Placed a huge order with this Domino's and the service was fantastic! Kudos to the delivery guy who got them all on his bike.
