If I could give 0 I would. Not only did the cashier let someone skip the queue in front of me, he said he couldn?t do my return because I didn?t have a label even though they?re meant to print labels in store as it?s an Evri drop-off. It explicitly says on the email no label needed! I showed him the QR code and he proceeded to tell me to go to the back and print it myself. Needless to say? I gave up and left.

This shop clearly has no interest in offering parcel services. The parcels are stored on a pile in a corner of the store, making them easy to steal, and the employees don?t keep track of incoming or outgoing items. To make things worse, they ask you to search for your parcel yourself.
My parcel had arrived three days prior, but the staff has no idea where it is and directed me to contact the courier company instead. However, tracking shows the parcel is still there for another week.
Although the store is open all day, parcel-related services are only available from 9 AM to 3 PM. The employees are consistently rude to anyone sending or collecting parcels. If you?re not willing to offer a proper service, then don?t, instead of leaving customers to suffer the consequences of such poor service.

Every time a horrible experience for Evri pickup or drop off. Will report this establishment to Evri. They should cancel their membership and sign another market close by.

Worst shop in the region. Staff is absurdly rude and denied retrieval of Evri parcel. Filing a complaint against the shop - parcel to be returned.

One of the worst shops I have been I love when the guy on the counter serves you carry on a conversation on the phone. Blaaabluubla meant you have to drop your parcel at they end of the shop. I know the guy behind me translated that for me. The shop is a clutter costly I wanted to pick up a bag to offer a bottle the price label would not have been easy to remove.What the point to give something with a damaged wrapping. Very messy not nice people I'm really not sure how these people manage to stay in business.
Also the fantastic hour to drop off a evri parcel 9am to 3pm how that is convenient if you work early at 3 I'm still at work how Evri can't accept that as a service for they brand goes over me.

Don't ever redirect your parcel there! The owner has the parcels in a mess in the corner and expects the customer to rummage through it. When I said I couldn't find my parcel, he made a comment that ' I am not looking hard enough.' He then got into a strop when he had to look for the package. I said to him that was a very unprofessional comment to make. Then he replied 'don't send your parcels here.' And made an additional comment, 'If he sees my name on the parcel, he will return it back.' He must be providing a evri pick up service for the money, because he seems like he does not want to provide the collect and returnservice. Awful and rude customer service.

Don?t send anything for delivery here. Owners are so rude and you?ll need to dig for your delivery yourself on the storeroom floor in between expired food.

They do not offer package-less evri delivery service even though it says so on the evri website. The person behind the counter was really difficult to talk to about trying to make a change to the website. Really patronising and defensive. I wouldn't be surprised if they now lose my packages on purpose. Don't understand why it's so hard to have a conversation to make a solution - just to try make people's lives easier not harder.

Lazy, rude, dodgy staff. Do NOT bring your parcels here, or get them for collection from this shop. You will either wait hours for them to find them or they won't find it at all!! BEWARE!! AVOID!!

I can?t give this store zero stars, 1 is a stretch. The customer service in this store is vile, the men behind the counter are unnecessarily rude and misogynistic, they?re rude to the children (from the school across the street) who spend a lot of money is the shop, the store is dirty and the baked goods are in a dirty cabinet. This store is very expensive and should be closed!
