They do not offer package-less evri delivery service even though it says so on the evri website. The person behind the counter was really difficult to talk to about trying to make a change to the website. Really patronising and defensive. I wouldn't be surprised if they now lose my packages on purpose. Don't understand why it's so hard to have a conversation to make a solution - just to try make people's lives easier not harder.

Lazy, rude, dodgy staff. Do NOT bring your parcels here, or get them for collection from this shop. You will either wait hours for them to find them or they won't find it at all!! BEWARE!! AVOID!!

I can?t give this store zero stars, 1 is a stretch. The customer service in this store is vile, the men behind the counter are unnecessarily rude and misogynistic, they?re rude to the children (from the school across the street) who spend a lot of money is the shop, the store is dirty and the baked goods are in a dirty cabinet. This store is very expensive and should be closed!

Beware of sending parcels here - sent an evri parcel here and they said they didn?t have it, despite it saying it had been delivered on the app. I insisted and checked myself and it was there, the same thing happened to a girl right before me. Poor service!

Beware of collecting parcels here - went there to collect an evri parcel here and they said they didn?t have it, despite saying it had been delivered on the app. I insisted and checked myself and it was there, the same thing happened to a girl right before me. I helped her searching the parcel, after the waiter pretended to go check, came back 1 minute later saying it wasn't there. I went there with the girl, asked what type of package she was expecting, and it was right there.It feels very sketchy and extremely unreliable. Be extra wary when collecting or shipping parcels from this store

As every other review has mentioned - staff are incompetent and extremely rude. He was on the phone for 10 mins while I was printing out an Evri returns label, then when I handed him the package he refused to accept it as apparently they are only ?open? until 3pm. Why did you let me print the label then? Complete waste of time.

Very rude staff. If you are collecting a parcel they make you wait and serve all other old and new customers before you get the parcel! Will not use this shop anymore. Evri and other parcel companies should stop using this store!

I agree with other reviews. Very RUDE shop owner. No space to put the Amazon box. The small space they throw the Amazon box on the floor is Dirty, wet, and muddy.The item I bought from Amazon defective so today I went to this shop to return the item. I was greeted by the VERY RUDE AND ANGRY SHOPE OWNER WHO IS NOT WILLING TO HELP AT ALL. Here is the full story incase someone will take notice.Upon arrival to the shop, I said hello to the shop owner then and politely said I have an Amazon return. The shop owner rudely and angrly said "go there and print the label." Though I am not new to technology, I didn't know how to use the machine to print the label. I needed a bit of help to print the label. I asked the shop owner politely if he can show me how to print the label. The shop owner ignored my request and he kept serving other people. I stood there waiting until he finished serving other customers.After he finished serving other customers, he saw me standing but ignored me as if I don't exist. I politely asked again if he can show me to print the label. He again ignored me and started serving other customers. I was confused but waited patiently until he finished serving, then asked him again if he can show me how to print the label. He ignored me again.Long story short, after wandering around inside the shop to get help with no success, finally with the help of a stranger, managed to print the label. I then took the printed label and the box back to the 'VERY ANGRY AND ERY RUDE shop owner' and handed the box to him. Feeling exhausted and worrying he would ignore me or shout at me, he took a quick glance at me snatched the box off my hand. He then plastered the label on the box and handed the box back to me again without explaining anything. then he started serving other customers.Although my patience is nearly gone by now, I waited until he finished serving then asked politely if he can show me what to do with the box. He said 'just put it there at the back of the drawer". I looked at the back of the drawer it is wet and dirty. I didn't want to put the amazon box on the wet and dirty floor. I stood there and looked around hoping to find a clean place to put the box. But Everywhere is just damp and muddy. I left the box right on the damp floor and left the shop. I could feel and see his anger even as I was leaving the shop.I arrived at my home and called Amazon and explained the issue. Amazon kindly and patiently listened to my query and told me they will look into this on my behalf. Amazon also kindly refunded. I shop a lot on Amazon the customer service is great but for this particular issue, I really hope Amazon will look into it seriously. I often don't leave negative feedback because of the great customer service by Amazon but I expect Amazon will do a full investigation on this matter and update me soon. Thank you.
