Just popped in for a quick coffee in take away cup. The batista, Jonida, lift up my spirit. I had a long night journey from Liverpool and needed a good coffee. .and honestly she delivered probably the best mocha I have had in the last months. Not bitter, not too sweet. Was just perfect. And she did it with a big smile on her face . Thanks Jonida ( hope I spelled her name correclty)

Really bad toilet state. Some unknown liquid all aver floor in splotches. Broken hand dryer,
No proper drinks price list visible. What they have are 3 LCD screens that show adverts for most of the time and then randomly show 1 page of the drinks menu which can take forever to show the page you want to see making the whole thing pointless.
Tables were clean.
No WiFi , which is really odd for a Costa not to have WiFi and mobile signal is very poor here in the shop (EE at least).
Unlike the shambles of the toilet , front of house is much better presented with a decent amount of seating too.

Terrible service, staff were talking Albanian about me not knowing I?m Albanian, extremely rude and unwilling to help didn?t listen carefully to my request. Didn?t take my allergy seriously.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming but there?s no wi-fi and no signal. Before it used to be a note on the wall. Then the wi-fi was sorted out and the note on the wall was removed. Now occasionally they switch the wi-fi off because in my understanding they don?t want people to sit for long. Fair enough but let people know beforehand se everyone can make their choice.

Had breakfast here when Gails Bakery's kitchen had a power failure. The croissant was cold and from yesterday. The toasts were cold and there was not enough jam, extra costs extra. The coffee was fine and a large is very large. The quality of the food did not match the price, which is otherwise lower than other breakfast establishments in the area.
