I?m really disappointed with my recent experience at this specific Costa Coffee branch. I ordered a frappuccino with an extra shot of coffee, but instead of adding the shot, they used powder. When I asked about it, the staff insisted the shot was added, but I was watching and clearly saw it wasn?t. What?s worse is they acted like I couldn?t hear or see what was happening. The drink tasted awful, and this is usually my go-to order.
I?ve never been treated like this at any other Costa location?this branch really let the brand down. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other customers don?t have the same experience.

got order wrong and forgot cappuccino. servers were too busy talking and joking around. one server was really rude for no reason. gave us someone else?s order and had to remind them to do the coffee. ridiculous.

as a vegetarian I?m disgusted at this Costa branch.
Saw the lady working there put ham and cheese pastry inside the oven and then my crossiant?
Didn?t put a new oven sheet, used the same one.
Disgusting. Had to walk to out.

Staff are very lazy to clean the table properly ( sticky)and they left empty cups and plates for customers to clean for them .

Stopped by a few times and the staff do a good job. Do remember once there was only one lady serving but maybe that was a one off. But good jobThe downside is the atmosphere. Everytime tha to have walked up to it, from outside it looks so dark and dusty. The shop walls are painted black from outside and I would think it to be a better idea for it to be a bright colour. Secondly, the light inside need to be bright. The full lights do not do justice to the ample sitting place

Customer service is what many times makes a difference. I came in to buy a coconut latte, I assumed I ordered a medium size one. However, I was served and charged for a small size one. I couldn't remember, but I asked the barista if my drink was a medium size. He, without checking at all, decided to replace my drink. After that, I was happy and ashamed at the same time because I had forgotten. Although, I appreciated the gesture of replacing it without asking. It was my mistake, it can happen to anyone. I was still attended patiently. The place is nice inside.
