3 person wt only 1 water 2 beers and some dishes. 120£ Food good but too expensive. In my local Chinese which has same quality food I would pay no more than 80£ which for 3 wt little drinks would be acceptable.

Wing Yip is by far the best Asian food market in London. Great selection of noodles, sauces, seafood - both fresh and frozen - and herbs. The accompanying restaurant and bakery is great. The one thing they could do better is to have a better selection of fresh produce like they used to have before remodelling.

Disgusting behaviour from susmitha.Head office need to teach these guys some people skills. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. No name tags, refuse to give names until I called customer service. Area manager needs to take his finger out and sort this mess of a shop out

Very poor customer service for Wing yip to allow this to happen to customers. Received a ticket for a ten min Sunday stay as parked in the small car park next to the main A5 road where Pergola / travel agent offices are. There are small signs though not obvious to the casual weekend user and it was empty. Also park very carefully as others seem to have received tickets for parking incorrectly in bays.

Wife goes there every week. This week i took her but car park was full so rather than wait and block people like others do i thought i would be helpful to other customers and drop her and move over to the quiet car park by the Chinese Pagoda ready to sweep in and pick her up when she ready with shopping. However they will zoom into your location from the main building camera in order to catch people out. They followed to car with the camera so they knew we were customers but they don't care. Congrats WIng Yip, you just lost another big spending regular customer. How to run a business in the most short sighted manner possible, by scamming paying customers for minor parking infractions with misleading signage and unhelpful parking policies.

We heard that Fishmonger Ping recommended that customers purchase rotten seafood, which happened to my family before. My parents were kind enough to give her a few chances, as there was some excellent staff helping out at the fishmonger counter too. On 24th Dec, we purchased rotten seafood from the fishmonger again. It was disastrous because we had a Christmas party at home. The scallops we bought were stinking with a horrific smell when we arrived home within 45 mins. When we tried to return the rotten seafood with fishmonger Ping and receptionist Michelle on 27th Dec with an official receipt, they said no refund and no responsibility from them. I questioned how WingWip allows staff with poor customer service skills to serve their customers. I sent my complaint to enquiries@ wingyip.com and have yet to receive a reply within 24 hours. No reply from them at all, no apologies.

They ripped off unsuspecting customer at the overflow car park next to the Pagoda. You can't read the small signage and why do they open this car park if it is for Permit Holders Only. Pure rip off between Wing Yip and UKPC Ltd. Don't go to this supermarket if you can as they don't value customer service and introduce unfair parking tactics to catch people out.

I got a parking ticket by parking at the overflowing car park in front of the pergola. There was a small signage "Permit Holders Only Beyond This Point" at the entrance without mentioning car parking. The T&C's were on the pergola walls. I used to go there at least once a month for 10+ years and often parked at the same place without problems. I had not visited it since Covid outbreak until August 2022. Tracking the google map images, the sign was added in end 2020. If they intended to restrict parking, there should be more obvious warnings or signs. I had lunch and then did some grocery shopping. I was charged more than the prices shown. Upon query, the staff told me that VAT was not included in the prices. I was so shocked as VAT was always included in the price in the past 10+ years, and any supermarkets now and then, Chinese or not, in the UK. I've checked there are no signs at the entrance, on the shelves, or at cashiers that VAT is excluded. I understand that inflation increases costs. They can simply increase the price like many others do, rather than dishonestly adding extra 20% price by claiming price "excluding VAT". Now with many more new choices of Chinese groceries and restaurants, I will avoid Wing Yip in the future. Simply dishonest.

The superstore wing yip Cricklewood is ok , but be very very careful parking because the supermarket has employed a very very unfair parking Company which gives a £60 parking ticket if you are not parked straight, I believe this is a disgrace and unfair to their customers, I used to spend £1000s of pounds with this company every week , but for their decision to introduce these unfair parking practices I will never shop there again , I highly recommend that wing yip look at their policy on parking Asap .

My review is of the entire store including the cafe. I've been to Wing Yip several times over the years and I've never had a good experience to recount. Not one. Because I'm a woman and almost always shop alone, I've been harassed by the male staff who seem to think it's all right to follow me around the store and call me names. I won't repeat them even though I should because it reflects more their poor upbringing and lack of education than anything else. When queuing at the cafe for cakes, one of them actually came and stood beside me at the same time that he filmed me with his phone camera. There's also a white guy among the staff who is quite brazen in the way he mocks me. I've also noticed that they treat whites better than coloured people even though all are their customers. I'd say they are due a lawsuit and there are plenty of unhappy customers who should get together to hold them accountable for their treatment of them.

I had a very unpleasant visit yesterday at the Cricklewood store. I bought several items and a box of Udon noodles. A man marked it off and left. After I paid I went to the Reindeer Cafe to buy some cakes and my partner waited outside. He then came in asking for the receipt and said there were something wrong with the receipt. Cashier Shirley at Register 1 or the man who marked the item off has forgotten to charge us for the Udon. My concern is the way how you treated your customer .... You made us feel like criminals .... I paid for the goods and haven't checked the receipt as I was too busy going to the bakery, Now this guys approaching my partner and asking him for the receipt .... how embarrassing could it be? Your customer Service is going downhill and were I not on the way to visit some relatives for the Chinese New Year I wouldn't even visit your store. I request a compensation for the issue what you have put us through.

Been to this place for years. It's packed often and we once introduced by their staff to park in their over flow across the road. They introduced a permit holder only sign there and has a CCTV installed. My husband went there to pick up a birthday cake and parked there without seeing the sign. Have a notice through the door 2 month down the lane and demanding 100 pound. They state we missed the initial notice. To our knowledge, it has never arrived. Pure scam. They done nothing in shop to warm their customer. Manager is not willing to help. They are not doing enough to warn customer. Avoid this shop if you can

Good selection of goods! Some weren't available which was disappointing! Overall it was ok, and there's a reindeer cafe where you can sit down and eat inside the store!

UKPC Ltd and Wing Yip Supermarket collude together to trap customers in its car park. Beware! There is no chance I will go back there. Plenty other chinese supermarkets around with free parking!
