I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Shajia at the payment checkout in Boots, and I must say she provided an excellent service. Her good manners and professionalism made the checkout process very smooth. Congratulations to Shajia for her outstanding customer service ? she is a true asset to the Boots team!

Racially profiled this morning. Employee named Hania/Hamia asked the security guard to stand next to me while she grabbed my order from the back room. When I asked the security guard why, he responded ?she has asked me to stand here next to you to make sure the tills are safe.? When Hania/Hamia returned with my package I asked her why and she said ?there have been thieves lately?. I spoke to the manager on duty named Sam who apologized. Absolutely shocking and deeply disappointing conduct. Formal complaint placed to head office.
